“Jack and his team were great! I stopped in to see if they installed Tannus Armour tire liners. While they didn’t handle that particular service, Jack immediately picked up the phone and made a few calls to help me find a shop that did. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to go out of their way to point me in the right direction. Great customer service, and I would highly recommend their store!”

“I love this place! This is my first stop for any of my bike needs. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They take their time to explain things to you. I have a Rad electric bike and I bring it here for repairs or tuneups. They can even deliver your bike home for an additional fee. Highly recommended!”

“I came in here because I went to another bike shop and they put on the cassette wrong and I didn’t know. I thought other things were going on with my bike, but Mohammed instantly knew what was wrong fixed it and I was back up and running the same day. Everything works great now so glad I found this place.”

“Just great. I ride road bike masters level. Wasn't happy with another shop as the tuneups always seemed to be off. I explained how my tuning preferences and these guys nailed it like they were personal mechanics. Very happy. Great work. Back again 6 months later - they are just so nice and set my bike just how I like. Just very fair and GREAT work. The guys in front are so nice and Bill is a great mechanic. Just back in town. I had them swap wheels (discs, cassette, etc). Just great, so nice and fair m. I ride primarily in pais vasco mostly so I’m used to shops that are really into making sure bikes ride right and these guys do this!”

“Amazing customer service, will definitely be returning! My road bike sounded pretty rough and didn’t feel right. I swung in to have them take a quick look at it and get set up with a full tune up. On the spot they made some quick adjustments to get me back on the road until my actual appointment. My bike feels like a whole new bike already! Appreciate their expertise and being so helpful. I look forward returning.”

“Really nice wheels for the price. Have about 600 miles on them, so far. Noticed a comfort and speed difference from my Dura Ace C35s (rim brake, bonded carbon to aluminum), especially when spinning at higher speeds. I ride in heavy wind almost every day, and these do well with wind in any direction. FFWD is among the select few that sells good-quality carbon clincher/rim brake wheels. Very well packed and they look great on my Lynskey. They lost a slight bit of true after the first 100 miles. But I trued them back to perfection in a jiff. Update with about 1600 miles - love em. Highly recommend them. Still perfect, true, fast, all good. No signs of brake pad wear on the rims, but I am careful. UPDATE: I have about 2600 miles on these wheels. They have not had nor needed any maintenance except for cleaning and lubing the nipple threads. Great wheels.”

“Purchased two RX and both are up and running. There were any a couple issues and they both may have to due with shipping via FedEx. One, the front disk brake rotor was bent and had to be replaced and the other I cannot get the back derailed dialed in. I’ve had a couple shops look at it and one said it was bent. I’m not sure about that but seeing how the boxes were so beat up I need to look further.Performance is incredible. I live in Golden Colorado and as you can imagine the selection of terrain is endless. I’ve been to the top of hills and mountains where I had no business being. Lesson learned.Im looking forward to getting things fixed and riding this coming season.”

“We came in to have our teenage boys’ bicycles tuned up since they use them to get to school. We dropped it off Saturday morning and they promptly had it done so the boys could have it for Monday. We’ve also come in to have their tires replaced, which they helped us bring the bikes in and brought them back out to our car. We brought one of the bikes back a few months later due to a brake issue. We mentioned we were there before for a tune up not too long ago. They took it right away, fixed the brakes in less than 15 minutes for free and also helped load the bike into our car. We’ve had great, quick service and communication and are happy to continue to come back for any of our bike service needs. We also like to support local business. Thank you for your individualized care!”

“Good shop! Mom & Pop's running the show. Been taking my e-bike there lately. Once for my brakes, another to replace some spokes. The woman knows what shes talking about.when braking a bunch of spokes in a 2 week span, She said thar they're going to keep braking off. She offered to order stronger heavy duty spokes for me and she'll call when they come in.Had her order 10 heavy duty ones because thats how many they had already replaced. She called, took it to them after work about 5:30 and it was done at 6:30. Haven't busted another spoke since. The prices have been reasonable. Especially for same day service. Most shop want u to leave your bike for a couple days. I dont have a couple days. I would recommend this shop anytime to anyone.”
