“I was just in this Dollar tree in lomita off of PCH right next to the grocery outlet and I would just like to say hats off to this exemplary staff. There was a very minor misunderstanding with my receipt and the cashier who was in a black shirt and directly in front of the door promptly got the manager who was extremely professional and handled the issue quickly and accurately. I just want to say they deserve a raise.”
“The staff was very helpful and accommodating in my efforts to purchase gifts in honor my niece's graduation 🎓 I had an excellent shopping experience 2 evenings ago at Daiso, my niece's favorite store😊.”
“When everything is so expensive around here it is very good to have this as an option. Great for small gifts, home essentials, arts and crafts, and of course snacks!”
“This is the store that I visit to get one thing and come out with fifty things. They always have new inventory. I can get stuff I want & stuff I don't need!!!! Very clean store and friendly staff.”
“My favorite store around the corner from my home. I go there all the time. They are so wonderful, beautiful and friendly. They always greet you at the door. I want to work there, but I need to only work 2 or 3 days a week. Only because I am SDI. I can walk and do things. Amen”
“Good store but workers be having a bad attitude. If they dont like their job they can just quit or find a new one.
Guy git mad because I told him I was paying cash n he had to scan all my things.”

“The most excellent service in recent memory was provided by furniture department manager, Andrew, at this Big Lots location. He explained the difference between furniture brands, the pros and cons of mattress selection in particular. His advice helped me to see the value and importance in investing in the long term by getting the better quality, (tho more expensive) brands. This was a lesson that my grandfather taught me decades ago, but that had somehow with all these commercials these days had slipped my mind. Bottom line, talk to Andrew when you need furniture.”
“Great location but please let the cashiers get some sleep! Guy checking me out acted like a zombie! ? Also this lipgloss i bought didnt have the protective seal.”
“YES, YESTERDAY I HEARD A SPECIAL "BELL",AND I THOUGHT SOMETHING GOOD WAS GONNA COME MY-WAY ( ONE THING-FREE.)! “Store and prices are always great, for this location, you have to decide if you want to deal with the rude employees or not. They aren't friendly, don't know how to say excuse me and start the day with attitudes (its 830am). Where is the original crew? But overall, one of the best stores to shop in. You get way more for the money you're spending.”

“My kids and I enjoy coming here and grabbing some blankets. I went here just the other day. And although my Spanish is seriously rust, she remembers us from a couple years ago... she was explaining not to long ago my boys were much smaller than now. That interaction alone meant the world to me- like minded individuals that stop and be present like this staff member and myself....
Its all about connection and where the individual feels most comfortable-
I truly appreciate all people that makes this business go round!!!!!”
“Many many items that you might need , store offers, shoes ,clothes ,fantasy jewelry. Many items to mention here in..excellent customer service if near by don't miss this place”

“I came into this DD's to find address for Christmas party. I know a lot of people wouldn't think of DD's when it comes to getting a dress for a Christmas party. I actually found two, they were both nice only to come home and find out I didn't have shoes to go with either. Therefore I didn't end up wearing either one of them. But the best thing is if I have somewhere else to go I already have two dresses. For the purchase of the two dresses I don't think I spent over $25”

“I know! Leaving a review on a grocery store, WILLLDDD but I have a secret I can't gatekeep any longer :0 A little out of the way (like three whole darn gosh hours uugghhhhh) But they have something that no one else has. And trust me I've looked everywhere. You remeber those bags of milk they gave you at elementary school? Well what if a little birdie (me it's me! I'm the little petite birdy) told you there's something BETTER (shhhh let's keep it a dirty little secret between us ;)THEY HAVE BAGS OF MAYO. And I thought the same thing as you. GROSS. But honestly do NOT try it till you knock it. Just punch a boba straw through the bag (yes I keep one on hand, it is a MUSTTT)And slurp away. It's so satisfying and beautiful Toodles!”
“I've been going to this store all the time, very nice employees!! They have all I need and it's right next to my house!!! It's clean and they are always working ❤️❤️ I love this store!!”
“Stopped in when we were in Long Beach for a couple of days before our Cruise. Loved the place and Rita was so kind and accommodating. And they had what we needed at a great price. Highly recommend stopping here.”
“It's a really nice establishment, it looks a lot bigger and cleaner than when I last shopped there. I was greeted at the door, got my things, the really nice cashier bagged my items register and I was so shocked that a man ran with a bag full of items. It really is ghetto out there.”

“Located Peninsula Shopping Center, Five Below is a specialty discount gift shop chain that prices most of its products between $1.00 - $5.00, with some exceptional finds $5+.
My son goes to Cantonese school across the street, & one of the moms mentioned there's a cute graphic tee that's perfect for our growing Chinese momentum: You're All That & Dim Sum! The tees section was quite large with lots to choose from. I got the dim sum tee for my 8 YO son, & also saw another tee (born to game forced to work... LMAO) that perfectly describes his latest transgression from studying, though there's not much to study or homework for that matter in elementary school.
There's also toys & games, beauty products, candies & snacks, books, etc. They're similar to other discount stores like Dollar Tree & Daiso, but on the higher price tier with more variety & trend-focused products for the younger set.
Customer service is efficient & friendly. I only waited a few minutes with a handful of people ahead of me. Parking is plentiful in the shopping center based on its location & doesn't compete much for spaces with the anchor stores or restaurants.
Five Below is a great alternative for the bargain shopper! And now that the holidays are here... check 'em out for gift giving ideas.”
“Came here to get water. They were closing the nice guy. He let me go ahead and get water for the house and also understand this place is a lucky play retailer so you play here they're lucky retailers play lotto here I guess it's a really good cool lucky spot right here on Willow and Cedar corner of Willow in Cedar $.98 outlet to check them out at water. I need to water a good place to clean to be a lucky retailer, so that's good. Are you lotto tickets here play Lotto here if you're scratchers all that here.”

“It's always a treasure hunt, but this is better than a needle and a haystack. Every aisle seems to have something that's unconventional to other stores but in a good way and or at a great price. Sometimes they have conventional items at a quarter or half the cost of normal, but only as supplies lasts.”
