Thankfully, the staff at Blue Diamond, and more specifically Kali was so helpful throughout the whole process! As this was my first experience shopping for an engagement ring and going to a few stores before, I can definitely say the experience was an amazing one and I'm so happy to have gone with Blue Diamond. Every step of the way including designs of the ring, updates, modifications to size was such an easy process that I would recommend to anyone shopping around for both the engagement and wedding rings. “Best Pawn Shop I have ever used! Always professional and offer the best amounts on Pawn Loans or outright buys. Has an extensive and diverse selection of quality items in store. Anything from instruments to computers to jewelry and everything in between. I especially love their mobile app so I can keep an eye out for great deals without having to go onsite (which was great during the lockdowns). I have taken out multiple loans whenever I need a little extra money to get me to payday.

Two years later, and my opinion has not changed other than to solidify my stance and view of “South Bay Jewelry & Loan”. Life has gotten, well a little lifey and due to some gnarly unforeseen circumstances (hospital stays, moves, divorce) I lost track of time and missed my due date. They would have been within their rights to sell my items. But thankfully they were willing to work with me and held off on taking ownership of my things. Love this place!!!”
