“I had a wonderful experience with BM25 Jewelry’s customer service.
I ordered two different nipple shield styles. One pair (the Maya Goddess Sparkle Dangle Shields) fit beautifully and has honestly become my favorite body jewelry I’ve ever owned. The quality, sparkle, and craftsmanship are excellent.
The second style didn’t work out for me—not because of the quality, but because it wasn’t the look I had expected. I reached out to customer service with several questions, and Cathy was incredibly patient, kind, and responsive throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer every email, contacted the designer on my behalf, offered alternative styles, arranged an exchange, and kept me updated every step of the way.
Even though the exchanged style ultimately wasn’t the right fit for my anatomy or the look I was hoping for, I genuinely appreciate how much effort they put into helping me find something that would work. Sometimes jewelry simply fits different bodies differently, and I don’t fault the company for that.
What impressed me most was how they treated me as a customer. I never felt ignored or rushed, and they went above and beyond to make things right. That’s becoming rare these days.
I’ll absolutely continue shopping with BM25 because they carry beautiful, unique jewelry and truly stand behind their customers. I’m already planning to come back for septum jewelry in the future.

She treated me with respect from the moment I walked into the store although, I looked a little crazy since I had just left the beach and was not dressed to go jewelry shopping. Once we returned with my fiance she was definitely a subject matter expert. She explained I would need a customized band because of the shape of my ring from the back. She took thorough measurements and stayed within our budget while still meeting our wishes. My customized band fit perfectly with my engagement ring. We did not need any type of adjustments for either one of us.

Our salesperson Bobby was a pleasure to deal with.. no pressure and plenty of information. The selection is great offering certified Rolex watches, themed jewels for the superfans and gifts, and plenty of choices for men and women. They offer a warranty and sizing upgrade that is very affordable and pays for itself if you need something resized. Bobby even threw in a $50 gift card which was great and will bring us back soon. Daniel's Jewelers should be on your list for value, service, selection and the store is very well laid out and easy to shop.”
