“My fiancé purchased my gorgeous engagement ring from here back in March 2023. He worked with Ravi and had an amazing experience and ultimately came home with my dream ring. I stopped by the shop last week to see if I could get a dainty necklace of mine fixed because my dog accidentally broke the chain. After speaking with Debbie, who is absolutely amazing, I came into the shop. Ravi was able to work his magic and fix my necklace in no time as I had a shoot the next day!! Not only did he fix my necklace, he cleaned my ring for me giving it the most impecable sparkle!! Ravi and Debbie are both so amazing and loving, making the experience easy and comfortable. I am so excited to come back with my fiancé in a few months to pick out our wedding bands!”

“I've been lucky enough to work with both Kali and Debbie at Blue Diamond and I highly recommend! My fiance and I worked with Kali back in 2022 to design my dream engagement ring and it is AMAZING! I get compliments all the time and it truly is the most beautiful ring I've ever seen. The band was a little big when I received it, and Kali and the team put stoppers in it for free which was super nice, plus they even replated an old Tiffany's ring I had for free.I also bop into the store whenever I want to get it cleaned regularly -- Debbie usually helps me out -- and they clean it right on the spot which is super nice because I know some jewelers send it off site.We'll definitely be working with them on our wedding bands.”

“I was in the area and went here to get my moms ring cleaned. The very nice gentleman told me the price to clean and polish the ring. I agreed and the wait was only 10mins to have it done. When he handed it to me it looked like a new ring so super shiny and beautiful! I told him how it was my moms ring who recently passed and it was extremely dirty and now it looks amazing. I handed him the money and he refused and said he was sorry for my loss and that it was "on the house". So I just want to say Thank you again and it's so nice to know there are still kind people in this city. I also visited Pirozzi's and Mandyz boutique (all family related). :)”

This was because it was a quite complex job. Large retail jewelers were not interested either they did not possess the skills or sought inflated prices to do so. Gary came to the rescue. He completely rebuilt the bracelet. His skill and craftsmanship is outstanding and the bracelet is literally "better than new".
