“We purchased an appliance that we had to move and used a U-Haul pickup from this location. Having just moved here we have encountered many obstacles in the moving process. Our experience with U-Haul was refreshingly seamless. No issues or unexpected problems. We picked up the truck, we used the truck, and we returned it. No issues. We will definitely be using them again in the future with any moving needs. The staff we encountered were knowledgable and courteous too.”

“Jill was awesome and super helpful from start to finish. I called initially to inquire about renting a u-haul where she explained all logistics for me. The paperwork was easy, she walked me through the photo taking process making my anxiety of being a first time renter minimal. The van was very clean both interior and exterior. “I loved the moving van. I had to clean it because my stuff was going inside I returned it and they really should pay me because it was returned like brand new clean. But most people would think it was fine like it was I'm just a perfectionist The UHaul man was great, so helpful. I will be back and I would go back to that same location.”

“The truck was in great condition loved the new equipment aside from that, it could have been a 2000 Chevy box truck I still would have been happy the staff here are amazing I got in got my rental and was on the road I need it for a little more time called in got that taken care of no problem when I arrived to return it the gentlemen at the counter recognized me and he said ill take the keys and email you a receipt I was a little worried because I had put in extra fuel, some places will haggle you for the reimbursement amount but when I got my receipt I was so proud the amount reimbursed seemed fair to the degree I believe fair would be and that just really made my day. I dont know the gentlemen name but this guy he deserves an award for his outstanding character”

The staff at Charlie’s Arco were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely rent from here again.

“Make sure you have your paperwork and ducks in a row. They're not good with how much was in there and what you. Tried charging for a dolly that we reserved but they didn't have one available. We prepaid for our reservation and we show up and there's no truck available so we have to drive so over LA.”
“The location is great, but the facility is very crowded with large trucks. All the vans were pre-booked, so I think this place needs to bring in more vans. Otherwise, the service was relatively smooth and the drop off was simple and quick.”
“We recently dropped off a U-Haul truck and Dolly here and Jeff Garrido helped us out. He was very friendly and made our return super easy. We actually rented the U-Haul and Dolly from another U-Haul distributor in Rancho Cucamonga and dropping items off in Hawthorne and didn't want to incur any extra charges so we asked for the drop-off to take place here. We dropped everything off at 11:40 a.m. and Jeff took care of it quickly and we were out the door in about 10 minutes. Thank you Jeff and the whole U-Haul crew!”
