Both Keith and Jose made this whole process easier by their professionalism. Truck ran great for the 3 days I rented it. The return process was also pleasant because there is no drama if you take there insurance. It was worth it just for that reason.”

“The truck was in great condition loved the new equipment aside from that, it could have been a 2000 Chevy box truck I still would have been happy the staff here are amazing I got in got my rental and was on the road I need it for a little more time called in got that taken care of no problem when I arrived to return it the gentlemen at the counter recognized me and he said ill take the keys and email you a receipt I was a little worried because I had put in extra fuel, some places will haggle you for the reimbursement amount but when I got my receipt I was so proud the amount reimbursed seemed fair to the degree I believe fair would be and that just really made my day. I dont know the gentlemen name but this guy he deserves an award for his outstanding character”

“Jill was awesome and super helpful from start to finish. I called initially to inquire about renting a u-haul where she explained all logistics for me. The paperwork was easy, she walked me through the photo taking process making my anxiety of being a first time renter minimal. The van was very clean both interior and exterior. But most people would think it was fine like it was I'm just a perfectionist The UHaul man was great, so helpful. I will be back and I would go back to that same location.”

“Jason was super helpful for my situation. I rented a cargo van but when I got there, I couldn’t go through the rental due to needing to have a CA drivers license WITH a Long Beach address (local policy). I had a specific situation and he had helpful suggestions to meet my needs. I ended up renting a 10’ truck instead which worked out. He ensured I had a truck with enough gas to get me to and from my destination. Smooth process the whole way through. Thanks Jason!”

“Nice clean place, could use a bit of help at the front counter as their processing isn’t the quickest. They do have plenty of packing materials and for sure the prices for boxes, plastic wrap, bubble wrap are way better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. All in all it’s a good option if you’re In the need of a nice clean spot to rent a vehicle or get some packing items.”

“We rented a van from this neighborhood UHaul dealer. The office is small, as is their staff, but we had perfectly good service both when picking up the van and returning it. I would definitely use again.”
“Make sure you have your paperwork and ducks in a row. They're not good with how much was in there and what you. Tried charging for a dolly that we reserved but they didn't have one available. We prepaid for our reservation and we show up and there's no truck available so we have to drive so over LA.”
“Excellent and nicely located for U-Haul needs. I recommend doing the online check in because the line can get long inside. But they always got the equipment you need”

“We were very pleased with their customer service. We had a long day of traveling and saw that our estimated time of arrival was about 3 minutes before they closed. We called and Daniel asked us to send some documents via text (were were storing a vehicle) so he could have that part ready and said to let him know if we were going to be late. We arrived at the time we expected and he was very helpful to get us checked in. Who you work with matters. We would definitely recommend!”
