“This is an amazing community! It is safe and has a lot of great amenities! We moved in to start 2026 out in a new space and it has truly been wonderful. We have really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, clubhouse with pool table, and workout room. The facilities are well-maintained. The laundry system is efficient. The security and maintenance teams are both top-notch! The landscaping updates have been beautiful! Everyone we interact with as far as other residents is so friendly. It's near places to eat and shop without being too close to business noise. Most importantly, we truly enjoy working with the office staff and appreciate all of the fun events they put on! There's always a perk from blood drives to pet celebrations to taco nights!”

“The staff is so nice and helpful. I really appreciate how the office does things for the residents on special occasions. Today they offered the mothers chocolate covered strawberries for mother's Day and it was very thoughtful. Although there may be some issues as there is all over Lompoc, I see the windscape addressing them and trying to fix them promptly.”

“I've been here for almost a year now and I must say that I'm extremely pleased with my time here so far. Ownership and Management (both new) has definitely turned this place around. I'm very happy with my surroundings neighbors and the apartments are updated and nice size. I moved from a 2 bedroom to a one bedroom, while it's tight for me, due to two bedroom furnishings, it's a good fit. Just took adjusting.”

“West Creek Villas has been home for almost 15 years. Love the community, the maintenance man is always on top of any repairs and goes above and beyond to help the tenants. Management is the best! You have any issues, problems, you can always call Araceli and she will fix it or find a solution. They are very much appreciated!!!”
