I lived in Lompoc for 6 years and have to admit that the Oceanwood Apartments were by far the nicest in the area. I would still be there had my daughter and grandkids not moved down south.

Karen and Kelly are highly caring and professional. They have been communicative, responsive and kind. Excellent experience. The location is ideal in Lompoc, close to the beach and a gorgeous lookout hiking trail. It is quiet, peaceful and safe here. I have finally found my home. Thank you!
