ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! the “manager” Jacob is so rude! When i came in he was the first person i saw so i went up to him to ask him a question and he completely ignored me and walked away, i saw another woman(white) come up to him immediately after he ignored me and he was more than happy to help her. I felt very discriminated, and believe that that man is racist, and incredibly rude.

I went to pick up my order. One clerk was helping a customer and the other was on the phone with someone that didn't seem business oriented. She looked at me and got off the phone to tell the other clerk that she was taking her break. A woman and her daughter walked up to get in line behind me and a different clerk walked behind the counter and looked at them and offered to help them. The clerk then looked at me and says " Oh!"but resumes to help them instead. Last time I will go to Lompoc boot barn. Santa Maria customer service is a lot better.

What a lovely addition to our little hometown! The store is beautiful, organized, and overall a great shopping experience with nice young staff. I am excited to own way more cowboy boots than I need.
