“Clean, with nice things being stocked, but three major problems. Firstly, the aisles are so narrow that only one cart can be in them. You can't even squeeze past someone. Secondly, they only have three cashiers, which funnels people through a short & narrow check area. I know they are trying to fit as much as possible, but the couches in the middle just take up unnecessary space. If they removed those, they could spread out the shelves for comfortable shopping. Finally, the employees need to be reminded that clothes have security tags that need to be removed. I had to drive all the way back & wait in a long line just to get a tag off.So it is a good store, but it isn't what it can be. If people want furniture, they'll make the drive to Santa Maria. Here in Lompoc, it's just in the way.”

“What can I say it barely holds up to its name, most stuff starts out at $1.25 now with the price increases, and carry too much stuff in the $2 - $10 range, even though it's nice to have a few popular items it feels like half the store is in that price range.”

“I absolutely love Dollar General they have everything you need from groceries to regular household items beauty products clothes dog food anything really they have it there and the best part is they are open till midnight! So whether you're an early bird or night owl this place or save you when you need it most I love the staff and I absolutely love being in the store!”
