H&R Block provides quick and friendly service. Taxes are usually done efficiently and accurately, without mistakes. Staff are described as kind, courteous, professional, cool, and outgoing. They break things down in a simple, constructive way and give pointed advice. However, there can be significant software hang-ups and delays, with some returns taking weeks to be resolved and sent through, even while new clients are being helped.

Quick and friendly usually, this year we had software hang ups for about three weeks then once resolved another week goes by and my California taxes still weren't sent through instead new clients were being helped and its now March 2nd I filled on Feb 1st
