“Stayed here while on a trip to explore the national parks nearby. The room was spotless, clean, and smelled very nice. It was spacious and we had a lot of room for our belongings and for us to be able to walk around comfortably. The complimentary breakfast and the grab and go breakfasts were delicious and filling. The staff were very nice, helpful and attentive. Pool was under repair at this time. Would come again. “This place is great for a budget hotel! We got a room with 3 queen beds for 150$! The beds were comfortable and clean, the room was spacious and tidy. One of the best motels on 395 you can find. One downside was that the towels provided were a bit dirty. Otherwise the room was great and I had an amazing experience here!Rooms: Very spacious and clean. 10/10Safety: Very safe! It has a bolt on every door! 10/10”

“Stopped in after 4 days in the backcountry looking for a shower. This hostel and gear shop offers $10 showers (towels and soap included). The folks here are friendly, showers are hot and clean. There's also a hiker box in the store.”

“The management was really kind and hospitable. When we asked for ice, they delivered it right to our room. The rooms were well furnished with nice clean sheets and a perfect retreat after finishing the John Muir Trail. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Some of the cheapest rates in town or nearby.”

“We just stayed at Mt. Whitney Motel due to road closures on our way to Mammoth Mountain. We were very pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this motel. The rooms were clean, with all the basic amenities, good service, friendly staff and they were so accommodating with our very last minute, unexpected need for a room.”
“A great location for visiting Alabama Hills even with the road detour. The room was clean and well appointed. There was even a live plant. The beds were cozy. You can walk to a few restaurants and shops within a block. I would stay here again.”
