The customer service is great. I've worked with Kourtney again and she is wonderful. I've updated my review to reflect the service that I've gotten. Love my bank of California.

I've recently relocated to Long Beach, and my home branch is in La Mirada. I visited the Ocean Blvd. Branch yesterday for the first time, and had a great experience. The woman that helped me was very pleasant and very friendly as well. Thanks Courtney !
