“Oh my, where to start off. I was in tough situation but after explaining everything to Ms. Jasmin R.. she knew what to do and how to do it immediately. She was amazing every step of the way. She explained everything detailedly and how we were going to proceed. I enjoyed the hospitality and made me feel like i can trust her and LBS Financials. “Farmers and Merchants Bank has always helped me with everything. I have never needed an appointment and they have politely asked me to wait in a comfortable area if someone is ahead of me or has an appointment. They have notary service and always do everything they can to make certain I get what I need. They have farmed (no pun intended) out their cc services and this is another story. These people are nuts. They might want to rethink this partnership. These services offered to raise my credit limit in several letters, numerous times, I just didn't think to do it as I had never needed it... should have. I went $25 over my limit because of some returns not yet being credited and I could not use the card. Worse yet, when I finally contacted them about this and about raising my credit limit so this would not happen again, I was turned down because of the overage! I tried everything, asked to speak to a supervisor, etc.. Got nowhere. The bank branch was able to call them and work on my behalf to get my limit raised...the Bank itself is great and they have more clout with their partners than I did....But their cc company is weird. I had turned back several items from CosCo and they had not credited to my account is how I got the overage. But there was no talking to them about reactivating my account or later about raising my credit limit. B of A Visa, on the other hand, had given me a much, much higher limit from the beginning and has never, ever done something like this....If the branch were not so great I would have moved everything to another bank....”

And the ATM is in control by a third party so it’s very time consuming to get this resolved.Be warned people. Do NOT use this ATM!!!”
