Now, while helping out an elderly friend whose account is there, I have had to go to three different branches of the bank. I am overwhelmed by the friendly and cooperative staff. Now, I'm sorry that I did not give them another chance all those years ago. They have such well-trained people, who are generally friendly and personable. That was in the Tustin branch as well as a Long Beach branch and the Lakewood branch. I recommend that you give them a try.”
