The wait time was extremely long they didn't have enough customer service workers but the customer service agent I had made it worth the wait. Extremely Pleasant

The service agent at long beach airport was pleasant and very helpful. Although the car was a bit dirty, it drove nicely, and the inside was immaculately clean.
