“Only one staff person to check in the long line of customers. He was very nice, efficient and professional but I felt for him because he had a line of at least a dozen customers. He remained pleasant but in this day, shouldn’t you be able to staff with people who show up?”
“Not like LAX but a nice local local rental office. I'm renting a car again today from The Long Beach office. The staff is very friendly and it's a little closer than LAX. Both the manager and staff are very customer service orientated. Again the cars are excellent.”

“I have only used Zipcar three times but all three of those times I had little to no issue and the small issue I had was promptly resolved. The issues I have/had are1. There aren't any cars in Torrance where I live. I have to Uber to the car which is either in el Segundo or lax. Which whatever that's not that big of a deal. I have more of an issue with Ubers prices being so high but that's beside the point. 2. I was charged a late fee of $50. I was at the location at the correct time. I was waiting in the car for my Uber because it was pouring rain and I would have been soaked. My Uber showed up 6 minutes after my drop off time. I called customer service and easily got someone on the phone. The lady was extremely nice and removed the fee after I explained to her the situation. So all good.I like Zipcar. The prices are affordable, cars have been clean with the exception of one that smelled like smoke but it wasn't that bad and that's not Zipcars fault that's on the dip s**t that smoked in it. The gas is covered which is awesome!! I actually got a Toyota Tacoma last time and it was NICE!! I honestly don't know what everyone is complaining about because the Zipcar I use is awesome and convenient ish. So Zipcar if you're reading this maybe have some cars in Torrance but if that's not an option fine. Keep up the good work!!!”

Stephen (i hope i spelled it right) was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process. They had a variety of cars which was great because the listing on Yelp is a little misleading by saying (truck rental). I got a Chevy Malibu for the weekend and it worked fantastic. I will be back for my next road trip planning!”

“small little rental lot at lgb airport. walking from the terminal to this lot was super easy.
tightly packed with multiple different rental agencies so you're squeezing between cars to maneuver and easy to get confused on where to go to escape. we ended up taking the first exit and leaving without the hassle that we've had at other airports.
otherwise, everything went smoothly.”
