Victor Gutierrez is absolutely amazing. He’s the whole reason that I have an account with Chase! I came in with questions as a Bank of America Client and Victor help me out in every way, and help me set up my account. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and I am very satisfied and pleased it means a lot to me!

I go to Chase to open an account and now you have to make appointments because they don't have bankers? Exactly where I want to deposit cash. Come on chase?

Have a appointment at 130 - nowhere to sign in!!!! What kind of customer service is this,? So now at 135 some one finally acknowledged.... here it is 2pm and just told 5 more minutes.. Think before putting your money here@
