Just like the Koisak on Del Amo Blvd, this portal to streamline DMV services is OUT OF ORDER. Totally on par with the inefficiency one expects from the DMV. Plus +1 star for no line and no waiting to use the useless DMV Koisak. California tax dollars at work not working. Excellent job.

Loose time. System doesn't work. No paper for printing. Scanner doesn't work too, have to enter manually all information. Send someone for maintenance.....
