“I have never been treated with such sincere, nonjudgemental and politeness as I have been treated at this store! Freddy, Brian, and Marlene all have what I wish there were more of in young people, particularly at stores, a natural respect giving service above and beyond! They never once made me feel I was taking up their time asking questions that seniors would trouble younger people in many cases have that learned instilled into them with electronics at a very young age. They will see later in life, they too will be outdated with something and ask the young for help as I did at their age with a kiosk and first computers. I cannot say enough how they helped and didn't rush me to make a decision for my needs. I will indeed recommend this store to all geriatrics....lololol. I can see it now, a long line of Depends-wearing seniors lining up with walkers, wheelchairs and canes to get excellent customer service here!”
“Always a good experience here, have done two submissions, and the workers are very understanding and patient with you. I made the mistake of forgetting to take pictures of the back of my cards on my second submission, and they were totally understanding and went above and beyond with their time and my needs and made sure I was able to get the pictures even though it took them extra time and work. I 100% trust this location with my cards and I would highly recommend getting your cards graded here!

“I went to get a new charger for my son. Wire and mount. The lady was nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, the charger didn't work on my phone. It was supposed to be a fast charger, but it wasn't fast at all. I called to inform them of my issue. It was the same lady who helped me earlier. Told me if I was able to go back. I was. She traded the charger out, gave me all new upgraded ones. She tried it there, and this one was charging the phone fast. I appreciate her solving my issue in a timely manner and her politeness. She was great. Thanks again.”

Security at the exit=10, well i didn't know what they were standing for so I asked if they wanted to check my receipt. A friendly no and guided me to the exit door.

This was complicated by Verizon due to it being a business plan, but Octavio was amazing and navigated the whole process to make sure I was taken care of with a fully functioning phone before leaving. Even though it took him a bunch of extra unanticipated time, he saw it through and I really appreciated it. Super solid customer service!”

“Literally the only 7eleven open in the area time is 2:30am and all the other 8elevens are closed. The man inside is even mopping the floors and allowing customers to come in. The 2 other locations in the area has the doors locked which is frustrating to think. Will make this location our first choice even though we live closer to 2 other locations.”

“they recently changed owners and I was very skeptical that it was going to be the same after and honestly it is way better. It was sad to see some familiar faces go but I am very happy overall with the transition. The staff are very kind and they have great deals. They also now consistently are selling food which is a nice add especially being so convenient. They have overall changed the place for the better and the new owners are making this 7/11 way better. Hopefully this new 7-Eleven ownership group can keep making this location even better.”
“I stopped by this Verizon location today because I got an updated phone mailed to me and I needed to turn in the old one. I was very scared because I needed to transfer my data over to my new phone and I didn’t want to erase anything- namely photos of family that have passed away. I’m not sure of his name but there was a male there, looked to be late 20’s early 30’s, light brown hair, Caucasian, who wrote this down for me because I was scared to do the transfer. It helped me a lot and he was so kind. There need to be more people like this in the world, excellent customer service. Thank you!”
