HPP Cares took on an overwhelming task in Fall 2022 with the CalHFA ADU Grants. They had to adjust and at times had poor communication or conflicting information, they came through and provided all the help and support needed. They expand to accommodate clients throughout the state and are now running a smoother program. Their communication and customer service are great, and they follow through on every step of the ADU Grant program. After a complicated and confusing process they received grant funds and relief for future building.
