I really LOVE this place! They have interesting drinks and snacks. Candles and herbal tinctures are sold here. I've been loving the herbal tinctures I've bought from them. They're in a good location , I must say.

Through movement, breath, sound, art, meditation and mindfulness, The Heart by Hummingbird Heart Co. intends to equip children with the tools they need to help them manage their own emotions, worries, and stress in this ever-changing world.
Our new space aptly dubbed “The Heart” of Hummingbird Heart Co. offers pre/post-natal & youth yoga as well as emotional regulation, mindfulness and stress management classes and workshops. Our goal is to help your children develop skills necessary to navigate everyday life while remaining calm and balanced.
