“Not a Longbeach local, but made a fun day trip up the coast to the check out the shop. First, the shop is really filled with character and everything is high quality.
Specifically, the Vanson Territory Jacket was what I came for and I picked it up. Not a biker by any stretch of the means, but I’ve had the jacket for the past week, and it’s even more comfortable than I anticipated. Thoroughly impressed with its function and design.

“Wow! What an amazing experience!!! Such a vibrant and positive ambiance. Linda, the owner, was the wonderful gem that helped me out. Went in with the hopes of finding a rehearsal dinner dress for my best friend’s wedding. Linda asked what I was looking for, looked at my body shape and immediately picked out two gorgeous dresses to try on. I am quite a busty woman so trying to find dresses can be extremely challenging. Needless to say, I ended up buying one of the dresses she chose for me with a couple extra items. I will definitely be coming back Not just for dresses, but also there are more casual clothes as well. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience, just make sure to make an appointment before going in.”

Yesterday I went to this store to buy a few clothes to go to work I wore one of the pants I purchased this morning and I didn’t notice it was ripped off. I got the correct size , I don’t know if the product was already like that and I didn’t notice when I bought it.
I didn’t save a receipt because I would never guess that my new work pants would be damaged but I decided to go to the store to get another one. I was basically like *let’s try* energy, since the receipt is gone.
When I got to the cashier, I explained the situation, a very nice guy helped me , he tapped my card trying to track the transaction and he was able to do it. He found the transaction and called the manager to help me. She gave me a refund for that product and I got new pants.
I’m so happy I didn’t lose the money, they took care of me so fast and nicely, Im actually impressed because I was not hopeful. We all know how usually some stores in this industry are.
But not this one. They made sure I was getting the help I needed.

“This store is my favorite! I have been many times and each experience is excellent. They often have good sales making the clothes reasonably priced. I love the quality and fit and the team really make it a luxury experience. They help you in the dressing rooms find alternative sizes and really go above and beyond to help you, it’s a real treat. I also want to give a special thank you and shout out to Briana (manager I believe) she is sooo nice and helpful. I live much closer to another Madewell but will make the extra drive to visit this location because of the team and culture here.”

“A must stop shop for any punk, goth, mod, or rocker in Long Beach. Lots of band tees, Doc Martens styles, the freshest Fred Perry, stud/o-ring belts - in both men and women’s styles! But also a great record selection with a lot of underground punk and hardcore! Lindsay, the owner, is so sweet and always willing to go the extra mile. I’ve been coming here for years - check them out on 4th Street!”
