Hyatt Centric The Pike Long Beach is a hotel that makes guests feel like family. The hotel's proximity to the outlets and nearby food trucks is a major draw, and the rooftop pool offers wonderful views. Great hotel for pre-cruise stay. Friendly staff, super walkable location, close to everything. Uber ride to the cruise port is about $30. Room clean, and good water pressure in shower. 7-11 is about a 10-minute walk, if you're seeking the nearest place to buy a 12-pack of Coke to bring aboard.

Good hotel for the location. Was able to walk to the Queen Mary and Aquarium of the Pacific. If you're looking for great views this is not the hotel for you.

So glad we took a chance on this hotel. The location is perfect, just one block from the pier/beach and dozens of restaurants. Our room had a sofa and a nice modern shower.
