Been here twice in one month and both times I was treated within 10 minutes or less and the customer service was great. The technicians were respectful, explained the blood draw procedures and drew my labs quick. Keep up the great work.

If we're there early, they usually are fast checking us in. But I don't think the computers were "warmed" up and delayed the check-in. I sat for a while waiting for a technician. But everything went smoothly after.
