“I’ve been to many different cleaners and it’s hard to find a good cleaner that does a good job but urban cleaners did an amazing job. I have a lot of nice clothes and polo shirts. I brought them 28 pieces. Some of the clothes had really old stains. they got everything out. Did a fantastic job. I definitely highly recommend them.”

“I have been to this cleaners numerous times it has always been pleasant every time I ask for heavy starch on my work uniform shirts. I have never had a problem when I’ve asked to have the creases all the way up to the top of my work pants it is top notch. Their customer service is incredible I didn’t know companies can still have that mom and pop feel to it. They care about the details and leave no stone unturned. “Used small machine for $2.50 and larger machine for $5.50. The facility is very clean, the attendants are nice and frequently walk around, &there is parking in the back. Nice little shop filled with laundry things you might have forgot. Coin machines work. I couldn't have asked for more in a laundry mat. I would definitely come here again.”

“I am extremely picky about my silk shirts. Once bitten twice shy, I got burned or my silk shirt got burned literally from another cleaner. But Master Cleaner had restored my faith in cleaning silk or other fabrics, they are amazing and now I can wear my silk or any shirt and not worry about if they will be ruined when I have them cleaned. So glad to find this place, my go to dry clean going forward.
Btw, good thing I didn’t trust Yelp, found out someone registered their business name on Yelp and put negative reviews, don’t know the true reason”

“I had a last minute need for a press for a wedding. They handled it with ease and friendliness. THEN I realized I forgot cufflinks! Fifteen minutes before my Uber was supposed to arrive. I rushed in hoping that somehow they could help even with just a safety pin. They not only had some spares but they matched AND put them on for me and nearly refused the cash I offered as a thanks. If I lived here I’d come here anytime and trust them with anything, rush or not. THANK YOU!!!”
“I am a late-night person. I have gone to every Laundromat in the Northeast region of Long Beach and this is the best place. It's clean, well-maintained, and never crowded. No matter what time of the evening I arrive, Alejandro, the attendant, is always making sure the machines are clean. He never stops cleaning and it shows. Alejandro is also super helpful and polite. I hope he gets the positive recognition he deserves.”

Cleanliness is fair, the worst feature about my visit was the restroom was not in service.I would visit here again.”

The owner has a friendly and well behaved golden doodle (I think) that is usually around who my golden retriever is always happy to say hi to.”
