“Wanted give Omar, who helped me out with shipping, a shout out- he was so very helpful and nice. I had lost the survey QR code (bummer) so I wanted give Omar a compliment on his wonderful customer service. I always like to come to this UPS store (even though I live closer to a different location) because the people working here are so nice and the owner, Anthony is really nice guy and you can tell he cares about his store.”

“Third time's a charm. This is the 3rd time I've had a private mailbox service & this little hole in the wall is the best. Friendly AND professional. I get an email every time that a package is delivered. They know exactly where it is when I arrive. I rarely have to wait, unless there is a line of people. They know my name. I'm so impressed that now that I don't really need them anymore, I'm keeping the service anyway. It's a good way to make sure that my packages & mail are safe.”

“I used to dread coming in here under the previous ownership. It wasn’t always the most welcoming experience, and it seemed like there was an extra charge for almost everything—even something as simple as taping up a box for a return. Since the change in ownership, things have improved so much. Everyone has been friendly, and the whole process runs much more efficiently now that there’s more than one person handling everything. It’s been a much more pleasant experience overall.”
