Today I was rushing to mail a package as I’m new to the area so I 1) didn’t realize how long it would take me to get there during rush hour, and 2) went to the back of the shopping center instead of the front and called super frazzled minutes before 5:30pm thinking I wasn’t going to make it after a long drive. Despite the fact that I’m quite sure I sounded completely unhinged, the staff member was as calming and kind in person as on the phone, and her boss whom I met there was equally genuine and knowledgeable about some questions I had regarding shipping.
