Nike Well Collective is an amazing location with tremendous customer service and very nice, helpful staff. The store itself is very small, one of the smallest Nike stores, and seems to carry mostly women's items. It is not like an outlet store and seems to have mostly the latest stuff. It is located in a VERY nice mall with a nice crowd, is pet friendly, and seems pretty safe. Employees consistently go above and beyond to help. They make customers feel welcome and assist with purchases. When items are not in stock in the correct size, staff members check inventory, inform customers about options like ordering for direct shipping, and even call nearby stores to place items on hold. They provide honest advice, help find the right products, and guide customers through using apps for discounts. Staff are incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and kind, turning frustrating experiences around. They also handle issues like faulty laces and offer small gestures like water. This outstanding service leaves customers feeling relieved, grateful, and no longer stressed, ensuring they will return to the location.
