“Hoka shoe's maybe expensive but they are worth every dollar they feel like your walking on clouds. Your feet will be happy everyday. I was recommended by a podiatrist to go to Runners High so now I will never buy another kind of shoe for my foot again they are the best type of shoe with people who have hard time walking heal to toe like me I walk on outside of my feet but these shoes will make you walk correctly and comfortable. Plus they come in a wide for the width if you have wide fat feet like me or if your feet swell it's better to get wide in your size.”

“Great place to buy classic shoes at a discount shop. i couldn't afford Jordan and some other styles in jr. High. But now i go buy all the shoes i wanted as a kid and at less than half the prices. You may think there's no point in getting the shoes now but it's part of the nostalgia. I do purchase the latest sneakers sometimes but i prefer the old skoool styles”

They helped my son curate his custom board and walked him though the whole process and even allowed him to safely participate in the set up and it just blew my mind how welcomed the staff made me and my son feel. I’m so grateful for shops like this I will be retuning for any skateboard related purchases. Thank you so much for making my sons day and truly listening to him.Also there is a cool fella outside the shop who sells a great variety of blues I got a cd of big mama Thornton years ago and it was amazing. Cash only for this specific fella but he Has good stuff.”

The lady who helped us was very quick-witted and did not help us find the perfect boots (heels) for my 5-year-old daughter and a practice ball. They have sizes from ~4 years old to adults. “I went in to find some slides and running shorts. I was unable to find some shorts in my size and was approached a Nike team member to see if I was having trouble finding anything. I told him I couldn't find the size I was looking for in the shorts I wanted to purchase. Deon offered to check their inventory to see if the size I wanted was in stock. He told me they didn't have any in my size but let me know that they had 10 in inventory in a nearby store. He also offered to call the store and have them place the item on hold for me. I really appreciated his effort as most of the time they don't want to go out of there way to help you find items. Deon also helped my wife find a pair of running shorts that he had been looking for. He was extremely patient, professional, and helpful. I will definitely stop by this location more often when I'm in Long Beach if this is how they train their employees.”
