3 different trips to this store to do a simple exchange same item, same color, but different size. Was charged a different price than originally bought for but after talking with official Nike customer service, was told they should have price matched the original price. talked with manager and was told to come back tomorrow and would fix their error, because “system is down”. came back next day to hear the exact thing “system is down” and can’t do a refund only a gift card. Just avoid this store altogether. waste of time. disrespectful and shady behavior.

I really hope the Nike store sees this because I want to give a big THANK YOU to one of your amazing employees, Jalyn. I highly recommend anyone visiting this location to ask for him—he’s incredibly helpful and truly goes above and beyond.
I came into the store feeling frustrated and hopeless after struggling to find size 1Y shoes for my child. One of the employees kindly tried to assist me but eventually said that all shoes in that size had been sent back to the company. I was about to leave and start searching other stores when Jalyn approached me.
He completely turned my experience around. Jalyn let me know they could order the shoes for me and have them shipped directly to my address—something I didn’t even know was an option. I had already been researching shoes online, so I showed him what I was looking for. Not only did he help me find the right pair, but he also gave me honest advice about what would work best for my child, especially since she has flat feet and tends to wear out shoes quickly.
Thanks to Jalyn, I was able to order the perfect pair with free shipping, all right there in the store. I left feeling relieved and grateful, no longer stressed about finding the right size for my daughter.
Jalyn, if you see this—thank you so much! You made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate your kindness and support.

Terrible customer service. I bought both my boys new shoes there today. There was no one in the store and the female "helping" us acted as if we were bothering her for asking for shoe sizing and if they had specific shoes available.
Both her and her colleague didn't act like they were there to work or help anyone. Very disappointing.

My husband and I popped in today for new shoes. The store was empty when we arrived. The three female employees stood behind the counter talking to each other. Upon making a selection I had to ask for help with a size. My husband experienced the same. Soon the store was pretty busy, but zero sense of urgency, zero follow up. We both found shoes we wanted but unfortunately we couldn't get anybody's attention. We left, logged in to the Nike app and bought on-line. These three employees had no interest in helping customers, very disappointing.
