The customer representative at your long beach branch( his name is Lee)was helpful,l courteous, and professional in helping me replace my lost/ stolen bank card. The system went down and I had to wait much longer than anticipated . You get me informed throughout the entire process kudos to Lee.

Wow my girl got a good refinance approval at a pretty good good interest rate compare to other financial institutions or with no luck, here she got the approval instant… and the service by Yessenia was exceptional.. I decently recommend this credit union.
