About Pacific Container Terminal

Pacific Container Terminal has a great crane assistant who ordiante rig drivers and manages availability spot. The port is very good but security system needs change. Security guards make queues messy, yell at women, and sometimes do not work when they should. From 11:30 to 12:00 truckers take a brake, causing long traffic lines that hard for deliver tires, bully, security system.

    Terminal doesn’t care about being efficient with truck drivers. Takes hours just to get a container out, and forget about the flip line, same thing, hours!!!

    October 22 I been here since 20:30pm a spot b108 it's now midnight and twice a crane went over me.b4 lunch then the crane that was sitting behind me know one working it till now went over me to the next row b200. I'm out of hours due to your crazy service

    They would rather have cranes standing doing nothing at empty sections rather than sending them over to the busy ones. Port is basically empty yet it will take me 2 hours to pick up a load.
