They provide exceptional customer service that is extremely rare, making the shopping experience feel like shopping at a family member's house and not just another pet store. It is a great place to wash a pet, with a pet wash that includes all necessary supplies and no restriction on shampoo use. A pre-paid card makes it cheaper. Customers highly recommend shopping here for loved ones because the staff actually cares about pets. It is a favorite pet store where they put a smile on customers' faces, providing a breath of fresh air and an experience that is definitely the right place for any pet owner.
Staff is polite. Doggie was is disinfected and all bathing supplies are good quality.

Everyone is so nice here as soon as you walk in we Use to shop at other pet stores but the customer service we get here you will never receive anywhere else ! Thank you Betty for helping us every time we come in with Bailey and Rosie they are loving the treats and their new Food ! -Fedrick Family
