Rent is considered high relative to the amenities offered, and lease renewals often involve significant rent increases, which frustrates residents. Very quiet and clean. Very professional, friendly, efficient and understanding management. Free assigned parking. Walking distance to market and restaurants. I’m very satisfied! My renewal went up $25 and I’m definitely renewing for another year!

1989-90, I lived on the third floor, just above the entryway. I think we paid $550 at that time. Ex was stationed at the Long Beach Navy Station.
