“The Current has been our home for the past three years, and without a doubt, they've been the best years yet. I've lived in several places, and none compare to this. The management team is exceptional: responsive, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile. Raelle and Denisse, in particular, truly listen and care about the residents.

The apartments are beautiful, and the ocean views give the place the feel of a boutique hotel. The pool adds a cozy, intimate touch that makes it feel like home.

What really sets this community apart are the events hosted throughout the year. They foster a real sense of connection, making neighbors feel more like family. The location is unbeatable: the beach is just across the street, the Pike Outlets are nearby, and you've got a coffee shop, sushi spot, and brunch restaurant all within steps of your door. It's an incredibly well-rounded living.

“Every day living at 1900 Ocean is a blessing. The staff staff never cease to amaze me. Z who is part of the concierge staff, found my package and the error the delivery company made. He ALWAYS greets me with a smile! I'm thankful for him as well as everyone working there.”

“I stayed here for 2 years. I felt very safe in this building. Feels like a community. Mangager Consuelo was always present and ready to help when needed and that was nice to have from management. The maintenance team also was very fast to help when needed. I would recommend living here”

“Wish I was here for the tree lighting ceremony. Beautiful Northern Light to enjoy during the holiday. Be out see all the beautiful winterland decoration for free! We parked at the pike, got validated at startbuck and walked over to get free parking for 2 hrs. The theater parking is $15, so no way! Lol. Can't wait for 2024 winterland!”

“May be too soon for a full review (I’ve only been here since dec 12th) I can say that it is incredibly quiet in this complex it feels very safe staff is friendly Angie in the leasing office walked me thru everything (my first time renting my own place). The apartments r really nice lay out is perfect. Like I said the complex is very peaceful and quiet it’s funny becus I think thats y ur neighbors can seem loud lol there’s no other noise. My neighbors r super nice. Every thing stays clean they treat for pests it’s just great here. Dude billiards room gym laundry on site. I’m super happy here.”

“The landing is a great collection of all apartments in a very highly sought after location. Traffic circle is what the area is refered to as. Due to the huge traffic circle road that makes a full 360 degree turn nar connects PCH, Lakewood Blvd, Los coyotes diagonal, roads all to the same circle the area is one of the latest trendy areas that is undergoing a renovation of sorts by replacing non performing businesses with that of high perform, there is an amazing LA fitness gym, and office towers here too,”

“Camden is a fully loaded apartment complex. Gym, pool, rec room with a shuffle board and pool table etc. We had the pleasure of working with Tim Carter who guided us through the whole renting process and answered questions we had honestly. The whole staff there is helpful and always happy to help. Despite some of the recent issues that are beyond the staff’s control, we felt heard when any issues arose and the staff was on it to make it a comfortable place to live.”
