Great affordable room in a great location. My only complaint is that the king size bed I slept on sucked. The mattress was so stiff it felt like sleeping on the floor almost. Room was a decent size, came with a mini fridge and microwave! Located right next to a gas station and across the street from the 3 and 171 buses if you're headed downtown. The only downside was baby roaches coming from the microwave :( but the sheets were clean and housekeeping was great!

Very basic room, functional. Was at a friend's room so was only there about an hour. I didn't see any bugs, but it was daytime...
