The girl terry that works in the hair service is very disrespectful she got lazy to do my daughter’s hair and made up excuses not to do it and was also smiling while we were clearly mad she is rude and unprofessional I do not recommend her to anyone .

Bad attitude and service from Bianca. I asked kindly if I could use my app since there’s a barcode similar to Sephora’s app which I use all the time and she rolled her eyes like I was being an inconvenience. The other girl in the perfume section with a long ponytail stared my brother and I down like we were ready to steal something and looked surprised when I asked her for a perfume.

I asked the workers a question on a product, they looked at me like I was stupid because I had trouble describing the product. She said that they sold the last one a few days ago with attitude. She didn’t even bothered to check. And she gave me this look like she was looking down on me. And I don’t know if it was my imagination but the workers also follow you around and make it obvious that they are making sure one isn’t stealing. The cashier was very nice tho.

Great location I have visited, staff are friendly and welcoming, shout out to Jessica, she has amazing customer service in color matching and has great make up knowledge, she was able to help my sister find her make up needs, she's so nice, patient and outstanding, I would recommend her to anyone 👌🏼
Update: My second visit was definitely worth visiting, staff are very friendly and acknowledging with good customer service, shout out to Samone she is very outstanding with her customer service as she helped my sister find her make up needs, she is very nice, kind and very helpful and has great taste in her make up skills, would recommend anyone to her who comes in to this location for any make up related, she will assist you on point 👌🏼

I got a haircut and my hairstylist was running late with another client so I had to wait 30 minutes. I usually ask for long layers when I get a haircut but my hairstylist said since I have straight hair it would look choppy. She kept asking me if I wanted to tone my hair since the toner was fading but I honestly like the way my hair looked. The wash and cut took 30 minutes. When everything was done, I said, “thank you” then I heard another stylist say, “and get out”. So I don’t recommend this salon. There are better ones like the lbx or the one in Rossmoor.

Awful experience maybe have the same standards across all stores. Don’t send a customer to a location for a product if they don’t have it and not gonna follow what other studios do. I drive around for 4 hours today looking for a product that was available but because it was “display” they wouldn’t sell it when all the other locations did. Also, I’m not sure if it’s a race thing but ALL locations see a black person or maybe a black man and pay them no attention. This happens everywhere. I ask for help and reluctantly I get assistance. It’s rude and unprofessional. I’ll never shop here again.

Theory of…..
“THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS BEING RIGHT.” 🧐
I went in to this Ulta a week ago to buy some mascara and Ulta Lip Pencils which I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Anyway I just happen to have a NYC eye pencil that would not twist up for nothing and it was plastic so when I tried to sharpen it the pencil wouldn’t sharpen.
So I bring it to the front counter and there were two Ulta Professionals and one of them looked at the pen tried to twist it which it won’t then says “Oh, this is one that needs to be sharpened.” I quickly snapped back “I tried sharpening it and it’s plastic. You can see where it dug into it.” She calmly said they will replace it. I go back to get a new one with my lip pencils, and noticed that they’re all alike and none of them twisted up on the display but there’s a sharpener. I take my so called broken pencil and I give it a really good push into the sharpener and really twisted and lo and behold…yep it sharpens pretty as can be. Embarrassed???? 😞 😳 …You betcha!!! I put my so called broken eye pencil back in my purse; get what I need and go and check out.
When I get up there another Ulta professional takes me to check me out but not at the front counter she uses her little handheld machine. (Pretty cool and a great idea for the holidays)

What I should’ve done was gone back to the Ulta Professional who first helped me to say not only sorry for not believing you but Thank You for your correct information the customer is NOT ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! I was wrong and you really know your stuff and this is why I am a loyal customer to not just Ulta but this particular store. Next time I will listen to you and not be so stubborn. I hope you’ll remember the story and accept my apology and know your wonderful customer service and product knowledge is highly valued albeit a little late. Thank you from a very loyal customer.

Me and my partner were racially profiled at this ULTA. Several minutes after entering the store a staff member just so happened to be looking for stuff everywhere we were.
It was honestly so frustrating to have to experience this and made 10X more annoying by the fact that the rest of the clientele were not tailed or even given a second glance.
Would give 0 stars if i could

Looking for a cologne and was near this store. I was greeted as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. Then the greeter showed me where the men's cologne was. Small section, encased in glass (of course.)
I took out my sample bottle and looked over the case. Since none of the bottles were out I tried to see which one it was.
This went on for about 8 -9 minutes. Looking at label on bottle, online etc.
All this while 2 sales persons were talking about none work stuff about 2 feet behind me. As I said small area. They did answer questions when one person walked directly toward them and interrupted them.
It was obvious I needed help or the very least, the display opened and I was completely ignored.
That's fine, I can get a 180+ bottle of cologne somewhere else.

Girl in the perfume aisle was so sweet! I didn’t know the name of the product I was looking for, she helped me along with a girl in the front and helped me find the ulta location in which I would find my product! ?? so sweet of them to go the extra mile and look at my past purchases to help me. Thank you!

Negative 5 stars the Experience manager at LBX Ulta Vanessa.... Hung up on a customer service complaint? Could not justify why it has taken over 2 weeks to respond and Regional Manager requested call back cannot be completed.

I try to avoid this location at all costs. The staff never greets you when you walk in and doesn't acknowledge you until your walking around and they decide to follow you around, not so discreetly. They don't even offer help while following you. I understand they are afraid of theft but how about keeping security or staff member at the door instead of following close behind me on my entire shopping trip. And then follow to me to the register and ask if I found everything ok. I am not a thief and don't like to be treated as one. Yesterday trip was the last to this location. I'll drive the extra few miles for better service and advise everyone else to do the same.
