Walked in, not once I was acknowledged, walked around , no help at all. One associate sitting down with her back turn to customers. I was inside for maybe 5-10 minutes and yet nobody asked once if I needed anything. So I decided to leave and that’s when I get asked if I needed any help. I replied with “not anymore, thanks” and got a “ok have a nice day” with a sarcastic tone. Terrible first time coming to this store experience.

Hi Ulta, maybe if you treated people entering the store first as customers instead of potential thieves, people would actually be inclined to buy more. No one needs to be dressed to the nines to be treated respectfully or to buy makeup. Asking customers in a condescending tone “do you need help?”, is not customer service. Personally I didn’t feel comfortable browsing more than 10 minutes.

As soon as I walked in, the security started to follow me and my daughter, and it made us feel so uncomfortable. I still made a purchase, the manager should definitely have a talk with him.

I have been getting my eyebrows done at a different location for a while but the past 2 times I have ended up going to this location with Dulce, let me just say that it’s the best decision I made. I told her I get special treatment, she puts under eye patches and she actually maps out my brows. She is the best at what she does, I will for sure be going back to her for my brows.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful at this Ulta. It's well maintained and there is always someone to help you find what you need. Both management and staff have been great in my experience.

What is happening with businesses these days? Came here with my wife so she could spend hundreds of dollars, and now they no longer provide bathrooms to customers? Okay Ulta, we won't be back, we won't be buying anything because we have to leave to find a bathroom. Looks like buying online is a better option since customer service means nothing to Ulta, apparently.

Every time I visit this location the employees are completely disinterested in guests and unwelcoming. They have never greeted us upon entering or asked if we needed assistance when it was clear we were looking for something we couldn’t find. Now, this is not the service other guests in the store at the same time receive. Other guests entering are greeted and assisted with finding what they need. I could understand this difference if employees were assisting guests when I enter, however, 9 times out of 10, the employees are stood in a group in the center of the store having a gossip session. Despite other glowing reviews, I’ve never had an enjoyable experience at this Ulta location and tend to opt for ones farther from my house so that I can receive better customer service.

Horrible. I called to speak with a store representative about info for sponsoring a non-profit fundraiser. A gentleman - he wasn't so gentle, answered the phone. Initially, he asked me to hold. I agreed to hold. When he got back on the phone, I continued with my request. He advised that I contact customer service. I asked him for the number for customer service. He put me on hold again. He returned to the phone, gave me the number, said, "Thank you" and hung up while I was trying to ask a question.BTW, I am a customer of ULTA. This is different from how a store should represent itself to the community. The customer service agent at the 800 number seemed like she hates her job. She was unfriendly and not really concerned with my request. I really want a reason to like ULTA, but they give me so many reasons not to and I keep ending up at Sephora, regardless of the higher prices (lol). I do not mind paying more money for great customer service.

I've been here multiple times and they have always had good customer service. The employees walk around the store, offering their assistance if needed. The times I've been helped were done with a good attitude. Most of the time, I do find what I am looking for but there have been times where they don't have what I need. Overall, I have had a good experience at this location.

They don't allow customers to use the restrooms.They do have merchandise security alarms by the restrooms though.
