This may have been the most pleasant usps visit I've had as of late.I figured going in for passport stuff would be a hassle but no, as long as you have an appointment, and all your paperwork, it is a breeze. The workers are personable, funny, and like family it seems. The entire application process with an appointment took under half an hour.Downstairs, the non-passport section seemed a bit confused about their own self-service machines and the stamps available upstairs. We got a decent amount of cute snowman stamps from the machine much to the employees surprise somehow.

This location and it's employees are trash. T-R-A-S-HLowlife, unhelpful, inconsiderate, rude, and unintelligent TRASH BAGSIn the span of one month I've had two shipped packages not get scanned by the carrier and as a result they are now missing and USPS won't allow me to open a claim because the tracking numbers don't register as being accepted. What the hell am I supposed to do when lazy and incompetent mail carriers are unable to perform the most entry level of tasks?Add to which when I visited this location to ask for help, the dumb blonde lady with the dead eyes, too much jewelry, and bad nails looks at me like I'm from Mars when I ask for help locating the missing parcels she mumbles with entitlement, "I could only track em for yuh" Obviously there's a reason only the scum of the earth work for USPS, and that's because DMV isn't hiring.AVOID AT ALL COSTSPostmaster Jeremie Six, a word of advice, TENT YOUR CIRCUS

Great service and product availability. Also, the customer service workers were great with explanations for what I was having done.

I have visited this post office location two to three times this year and I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff as well as things being organized nicely. My last visit on 09/05/2023 afternoon was not so positive. The two individuals(one male/one female)not so up on customer service, however the worse was the young female, blondish hair with black roots. She was rude to me but more so with another patron. Total bad attitude and talking down to the the female customer. Don't know what the female USPS problem was, such a bad representative of the USPS.

The worst possible experience I've ever had with USPS. I purchased money orders for my rent and paid extra for priority mailing at this office. My landlord informed me he didn't receive it after a week I went back to this office since tracking info said it was still at their office. None of the employees there knew what to do and they made me wait over 1 hour for their supervisor. The supervisor was also completely lost. She had to call their 1800 # to ask for further instructions. She told me the letter with my rent money orders wasn't there and may be stuck in a machine. To just keep checking the tracking online. I asked if they could cancel the money orders so I can get them reissued since I still had to pay rent. They had no idea about the process or what I needed to do. They told me I couldn't do anything for 60 days. They were just trying to get me to leave. Based on their instruction I waited 60 days and went back to this office. Again, none of their employees knew how to help me and they called their supervisor. This time it was a guy who made it clear he had no time to help us because he was busy. He told me I had to file an inquiry for the letter online but again didn't tell me what I needed to do to get my money orders refunded. He literally said go online and file an inquiry for the letter and they'll get back to you in 72 hours. He either didn't know procedures or he only wanted to get rid of me again. I went to a difference post office to see if maybe somebody knew what to do. The post office off Anaheim street was able to finally help me. They helped me fill out a money order inquiry so I can get my money order refunded. Super simple and easy. All the employees at the post office off Grand are useless. They didn't even know their own procedures enough to explain what I needed to do. Their supervisors have no customer service skills and basically nobody wants to take responsibility or help. Overall, horrible experience.

Charles, the incompetent supervisor, is unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. Definitely not leadership material.

Racist Postal Supervisor Threatened MeThis post office is not safe for women to go to alone.I just had my second racist misogynistic encounter with the same postal employee at this post office. The employee who identified themselves as the supervisor came out at 6:58 PM and told me I had to get out. At the time I was scanning my last two packages to get my receipt so that I could place them into the package chute. I do this because this post office has more than once lost an expensive package that I have mailed out to a client and I know that I can't trust them to just take care of my packages correctlyI said no problem I need to put these last few into the box, as I am allowed to by law, as it was not 7 PM.Many times during this encounter they told me that I should be less lazy, better at managing my time, not come to the post office so close to closing, and other derogatory things.I would've been able to leave by 7 PM except the postal service employee continuously physically got into my space in an attempt to intimidate me. I'm talking like two inches from my face.He continuously attempted to void out the transaction that I was doing which was getting a receipt for the packages that I was dropping off at the post office. That is a crime. When I asked him to please stop interfering with my transaction he told me that the cameras were there so they all know that he was OK to do what he did, and then he loudly started telling me that I've got white privilege etc...I tried placing a package between myself and him and he continuously would shove around it to attempt to mess with the machine.I felt sick to my stomach and afraid.Because of this I began videoing the encounter at which time the postal employee told me you're not allowed to make videos inside the post office. However when the video was going the postal employee made the choice to refuse to repeat any of the things he had said to me.This is my second racist encounter with the same postal employee. As an older sick physically frail woman when dealing with this postal employee I feel unsafe. If he literally had just left me alone I would've been out of the post office at 7 o'clock, but because he came in two minutes early and constantly harassed me, both verbally and physically, I was unable to get my business done at this post office in a safe and timely manner. No woman should be made to feel unsafe in a federal building no matter how much the employee dislikes them. No person should have to deal with racist commentary while attempting to do business in a federal building. If I had done a third of what he did to me while I was attempting to complete my transaction in that lobby I would've been arrestedThis post office is not safe for women to go to alone

Called to inquire about making a passport appointment, and the woman on the phone was short-answered and rude. Can’t even ask a simple question like, “Do passport appointments have to be made by phone or online?” because then people will snap at you as if you just offended them

I've gone 3 times to the drive thru to deposit mail in the collection boxes well before 5:00 which it says is the last pickup and they were locked. If they're no longer going to be in service until 5:00 they need to remove them or post their new hours of collection.

Package drop off counter is not very accessible, specialy when you have large bulky items. You're not allowed to go behind and drop off in the carts either. Cashiers are the worst.

I appreciate that the two prank mail packages I sent to a friend in Signal Hill were delivered timely, however, I'm extremely disappointed that I paid extra to require signature on delivery of these albeit embarrassing prank mail packages (The signature on delivery step was integral in delivering the full prank experience- but you stole this from us) I got the notification this morning that the delivery had been made and was surprised when I had to ask my friend about it, he found the packages in his mailbox. Thinking this was odd, I requested proof of delivery which was received quickly; it says the package was "Delivered, Left with Individual" and has my friends initials jotted down...in reality the packages were left in his mailbox and no one in his house actually signed for it. I'm sure the packages would be uncomfortable to hand deliver to someone, but this disappointing to not receive the service you paid for.
