“I'm giving Ben at Green Appliances 5 gold stars. He provided outstanding service, and I would instantly recommend his establishment for those needing appliance repair. He also sells a vast array of used washers, dryers, fridges, microwaves, and I think ovens, too (not certain).The old Kenmore washer at my brother's house in Roseville stopped agitating after more than 25 years of services. I jumped on YouTube, like most of us, and determined that ultimately the gearbox needed repair. A new one would have cost nearly $300 from the local appliance parts center, and I would have had to install it myself. My visiting brother-in-law searched online for suitable repair services. He found Green Appliances and spoke to Ben the owner about our issues. Ben agreed that it was most likely a broken gearbox. If we could haul the washer to his shop in Orangeville, he's fix it for $150.I brought it over last Monday early afternoon, hoping that it would be done the following weekend. I called a couple hours later to verify, and Ben said it was already repaired! Though he was preparing to leave for the day, he kindly agreed to wait for me to pick it up.So I drove over that very minute and picked up our old washer, now given a new lease on life, thanks to Ben's handiwork. Not only did he repair and test it, but he also fixed another part that we had hanging on by duct tape. What's more, he also touched up a part the outer cover paint that had worn down over the decades. Both added value free of additional cost.Ben has been in business for 25 years. Our old Kenmore washer now works like a brand new machine, thanks to his decades of expert service. I am so grateful that we found him, and hope that others will call him up to find a knowledgeable show owner and efficient, fairly priced service for their ailing appliances. I am supremely confident that they will not be disappointed. Thank you, Ben, and cheers to you!”

When we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the staff. It was so refreshing to see such a diverse selection of appliances. I can tell I’m getting older because appliance shopping is more fun than mall shopping!!
Chong came over and talked to us and explained some very useful and knowledgeable specs of some of our favorite fridges. He was able to help measure and answer some questions we had. Chong was very wonderful.
After more browsing, we connected with Tyler, who spent a TON of time going over details. We were BLOWN away by his knowledge. In addition to helping us find a few fridges we loved, he also helped troubleshoot a separate problem we were having with our Whirlpool oven. He is such a top tier sales rep. He wasn’t pushy in any way, and we genuinely felt like we were talking to a friend who had a stake in what kind of fridge we were getting! We left feeling like we needed to upgrade all of our appliances because Tyler made it so fun and we felt so taken care of.

Normally I find someone not familiar with the department items and cannot point out the required items in electrical to do the job. In the fan department they did not have stock of the display I wanted. They have Hampton Bay but not Hunter ceiling fans.”

“AC shut down in the middle of a heat wave. Needed a new capacitor. Ferguson was the only business in the Tri County area with the right part. The big dude at the counter helped me locate the correct capacitor in their humongous warehouse. Price was great and service was awesome. Will be back. Even if I have to drive from Folsom again. Cheers.”
“This is a decent store. The weekday staff is very helpful. On the weekend though you better know what you need without too much assistance. All of the staff has always been friendly when I'm in the store.”

Yeah they miss some quality and get spotty and very generic,
But if you are starting getting stuff done with your hands, this is a great place to start with.

Is very spotty and generic, and overall corporate driven,
And yet has most of the stuff you need for a quick job.
People are great and why not, you can bring your dog in for a stroll in this heated summers of ours.
When your tool box makes shallow,
At Home Depot you’ll go mellow…

“So I already left review for this location a few years back but I stand by my 100% review. The people in self checkout are so diligent (sorry thieves) and assisted helping me with items without barcode. A lovely young woman by the name of Kyra left her normal post to assist me load car since loaders were backed up. I have lung cancer and get winded easy and hate asking for help but I didn't have to. She pushed my cart loaded my car and refused to take a cash tip so I feel I at least owe calling her out by name as I totally dumped my troubles on this poor young girl and she listened and actually cared. I can't say enouhh to about this location. I've been to most of the Home Depot's in the area and this one by far is best which is why I drive out of my way to shop exclusively here instead of one by my house”

I always come across an issue trying to get my fence stain as it apparently is no longer in their system in the normal spot. So it requires a little research. She knew exactly how to pull up the color and showed the other employee for the future. I have gone to several other stores and they can never figure it out. “I've been there dozens of times. The staff is always helpful, the store is very well-equipped, basically everything you need for home renovation can be bought there. But lately, mainly tools on a "tether", either a chain or in a cage. Even ordinary cables in a cage under lock and key.
And prices for many things are lower than in Poland”

“i'm honestly flabbergasted looking at the rest of these reviews because i had the COMPLETE opposite experience?? it's my first time working on a mural so i was nervous to ask for advice and i was worried they'd coerce me into overspending - but that wasn't a problem here at all! the employees in the paint section were infinitely patient with me, helping me find the best deals, and alleviated all the stress i accumulated from visiting home depot's closer to me. i cannot express how grateful i am for their hard work and kindness!!”
