Despite being understaffed due to a couple of call-outs, the Apple specialist went above and beyond to assist my Dad with the purchase of a Mini Mac and all the necessary cords. The Mac mini with M2 chip, 8GB, 256GB SSD has proven to be an awesome computer, delivering exceptional speed and performance. The specialist was not only professional and friendly but also managed to help multiple customers simultaneously. It was impressive to witness such efficient and dedicated service. Kudos to the Apple specialist for turning what could have been a challenging situation into a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. “Good value and lots of styles to choose from in a very large store! Go foicused on what you need or you'll be overwhelmed with inventory. I worked with Jett who helped find the perfect pieces for my new home. RCW gives you 2 weeks to decide if you still want the furniture-appliance. If not they pick it up for a refund. Now that is customer satisfaction! Delivery was good too though a small scratch on my front door, paint covered it.”

“i'm honestly flabbergasted looking at the rest of these reviews because i had the COMPLETE opposite experience?? it's my first time working on a mural so i was nervous to ask for advice and i was worried they'd coerce me into overspending - but that wasn't a problem here at all! the employees in the paint section were infinitely patient with me, helping me find the best deals, and alleviated all the stress i accumulated from visiting home depot's closer to me. i cannot express how grateful i am for their hard work and kindness!!”

“I wanted to give a shout-out to Tina in the paint department for her knowledge on the products and quick customer service. I always come across an issue trying to get my fence stain as it apparently is no longer in their system in the normal spot. So it requires a little research. She knew exactly how to pull up the color and showed the other employee for the future. I have gone to several other stores and they can never figure it out. Thank you Tina for the excellent customer service!”
