“We visited your store on July 4 of this year and we were very happy and surprised when we first walked in the door. Love the greeter who welcomed to each person in as they entered and asked if they knew what they were looking for if they needed help.
Home run to start off with. As we walked around, we appreciated the different staging of furniture appliances.
Although we were Just browsing, we ended up picking up a few value items. Great finds for a Reasonable cost.

They had what we needed in a gas dryer, it was delivered the next day as promised. It is run by a local person, small business owner and we appreciated his service in time of our need.”
“I visited their store in need of a solution for a zero clearance fireplace insert that would be EPA compliant, and actually work. Neil was very knowledgeable and led me to the purchase of a Hearthstone WPF-75. 6 month delay from factory was communicated up front. Stove arrived, installation was in a timely manner by Porfirio, and done to perfection. Fireplace has performed flawlessly and has performed above my expectations. (Short story, after going through the extended warranty company from hell ALLSTATE, Jeff the big supervisor, Babette and Lisa have made our lives livable to where we will return there only Because of them. I hope home depot reads all the BBB terrible reviews and changes their warranty carrier. The last 2 years of reviews are what we went through but I called HD to beg for help and got an angel named Lisa. Her extra help and determination has earned my largest respect. Please corporate feel free to contact me.

The big dude at the counter helped me locate the correct capacitor in their humongous warehouse. Price was great and service was awesome. Will be back. Even if I have to drive from Folsom again. “So I already left review for this location a few years back but I stand by my 100% review. The people in self checkout are so diligent (sorry thieves) and assisted helping me with items without barcode. A lovely young woman by the name of Kyra left her normal post to assist me load car since loaders were backed up. I have lung cancer and get winded easy and hate asking for help but I didn't have to. She pushed my cart loaded my car and refused to take a cash tip so I feel I at least owe calling her out by name as I totally dumped my troubles on this poor young girl and she listened and actually cared. I can't say enouhh to about this location. I've been to most of the Home Depot's in the area and this one by far is best which is why I drive out of my way to shop exclusively here instead of one by my house”
