“We've brought all our appliances for years from Nelthorpe and Son.. They know their products and always help us with our choices. Delivery and removing our previous appliance...(a dryer) was well done too. Prices are reasonable also”

“Green Appliance was a great experience! Learned of it through word of mouth and that it was in Orangevale, easy enough to stop by and checked it out. They had what we needed in a gas dryer, it was delivered the next day as promised. It is run by a local person, small business owner and we appreciated his service in time of our need.”

“It's so great to be able to see what you are getting IRL! The store I went to is right next to Home Depot (which is great for some stuff!), but the in-person appliance selection is not great and it's hard to find anyone knowledgeable to ask questions. Taylor, who helped me at Homewise in Roseville, CA, was a former Maytag repairman and was very knowledgeable about the appliance brands I was looking at. He printed out all the specs for me on the two sets of appliances I was the most interested in and was helpful in deciding which ones would meet my specific needs the best. I was happy about your financing options as well. So far my experience has been top notch!”

“Normally great..but today I wanted to buy some solar yard lights and on the end cap it said $4. There were 2 different sets...one on the left and another set on the right and it just said $4 but the $4 price tag was over to the right which is right above the set that I was trying to buy the manager wouldn't honor it so it was kind of discouraging I normally love that place and I think they have fair prices and I love their sales but today I was not in love”

“I visited their store in need of a solution for a zero clearance fireplace insert that would be EPA compliant, and actually work. Neil was very knowledgeable and led me to the purchase of a Hearthstone WPF-75. 6 month delay from factory was communicated up front. Stove arrived, installation was in a timely manner by Porfirio, and done to perfection. Fireplace has performed flawlessly and has performed above my expectations. Thank you Neil and Porfirio, the best!”

“LISA- without fail, hands down LARGE APPLIANCES employee has a the go to gal! This gal is THE only reason we are returning to purchase another oven. She’s going ne so far above and beyond I wish I could get a hold of a corporate Home Depot big wig. I’d tell them this woman is a customer service expert that CARES, has empathy and truly deserves a GIFT card for her service to say thank you for being such an amazing problem solver. (Short story, after going through the extended warranty company from hell ALLSTATE, Jeff the big supervisor, Babette and Lisa have made our lives livable to where we will return there only Because of them. I hope home depot reads all the BBB terrible reviews and changes their warranty carrier. The last 2 years of reviews are what we went through but I called HD to beg for help and got an angel named Lisa. Her extra help and determination has earned my largest respect. Please corporate feel free to contact me. Thank you Lisa! See you all Tuesday for a new purchase.”

“AC shut down in the middle of a heat wave. Needed a new capacitor. Ferguson was the only business in the Tri County area with the right part. The big dude at the counter helped me locate the correct capacitor in their humongous warehouse. Price was great and service was awesome. Will be back. Even if I have to drive from Folsom again. Cheers.”

“My granddaughter went to purchase an IPhone. She was prepared to spend $700. With the assistance of Carlos we walked out with a IPhone 17 pro, for under $200. Carlos walked us through a trade-in of her old iPhone as well as setting up with our AT&T carrier. I literally did not have to do anything except answer a few questions for AT&T. He handled everything! kudos to Best Buy for hiring such a wonderful sales clerk who went above and beyond. I’m very impressed and will always shop at your store.”

“So I already left review for this location a few years back but I stand by my 100% review. The people in self checkout are so diligent (sorry thieves) and assisted helping me with items without barcode. A lovely young woman by the name of Kyra left her normal post to assist me load car since loaders were backed up. I have lung cancer and get winded easy and hate asking for help but I didn't have to. She pushed my cart loaded my car and refused to take a cash tip so I feel I at least owe calling her out by name as I totally dumped my troubles on this poor young girl and she listened and actually cared. I can't say enouhh to about this location. I've been to most of the Home Depot's in the area and this one by far is best which is why I drive out of my way to shop exclusively here instead of one by my house”

“This review is for the flooring department and the fantastic ladies who helped me out. I love that Home Depot usually hires people who know their stuff. I am in the process of doing a renovation project in Sacramento, but I live up here towards Auburn. Even though the flooring cannot look up my schedule number or edit my flooring here in auburn since the project is in Sacramento Home depot. I am happy that they were so helpful in helping me choose and look at samples even though their hands are tied. Two different females working in flooring, they even directed me to which ones are much better rated with the customers, which ones were waterproof, which ones had complaints. That really helps me in deciding the brand and type of flooring I want to put into my home. I even showed pictures to of the house I was renovating and got advise on other things I should do, which were fantastic ideas! I came home with a bunch of samples that I can take with me when I meet with the flooring department at home depot in Sacramento. I am armed with the knowledge of what exactly I want to do now, before I even talk with the Sacramento flooring department. Thank you!”

“A big shout-out to Rain and Ahmed! They possess top-notch customer service skills and a wonderful spirit. They truly understood my issue, cared about my situation, and provided a customized solution. I walked out super satisfied! I sincerely hope the store manager sees this review and gives them the recognition they deserve. There was an issue with my order delivery and pickup, but they showed me what extraordinary customer service really looks like.”

“i'm honestly flabbergasted looking at the rest of these reviews because i had the COMPLETE opposite experience?? it's my first time working on a mural so i was nervous to ask for advice and i was worried they'd coerce me into overspending - but that wasn't a problem here at all! the employees in the paint section were infinitely patient with me, helping me find the best deals, and alleviated all the stress i accumulated from visiting home depot's closer to me. i cannot express how grateful i am for their hard work and kindness!!”
