“Had a really great experience for the last few days with life storage in Loomis. It was an old fashion experience with Jeff, the manager kind, helpful, considerate, honest I feel I got a great price. I had a problem with the lock on my 10 x 30 unit and I’m not sure how many hours he spent to fix it so I didn’t have to take another unit further away I was so pleased, clean immaculate, and friendly. It’s the place.”

“RV storage has been challenging recently with the influx of new RV owners during Covid. We previously had our trailer stored quite a distance away due to lack of availability but thought I would call Loomis Self Storage since they were much closer to home. Nancy answered the phone and was super nice and helpful. She gave me a couple options that might work with our trailer. They have two storage lots and honestly one is nicer being fully paved. I chose the partial paved for cost. I wanted to see the sites in person so I traveled over. Sean helped me when I called back. He was able to stay on the phone with me and access the gates so I could see the various sites. The facility looked very clean for an outdoor boat/RV storage facility. Security gates were at the entrance to both lots requiring your own code to enter and exit. Decided to grab a spot and headed over to the office around the corner to do the paperwork. Sean also mentioned they could do it over the phone as well but since I was there, I like to meet who I'm dealing with. Sean helped me get squared away. He even offered a couple options in case my trailer did not fit in the spot I chose. It wound up fitting perfectly with a couple feet to spare. Love that this is a small local family run business that we can help support. They were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for boat/RV storage.”

Customer service was great, the gal (wish I could remember her name, it's been a few months) was actually interested in helping me as a person, trying to find something that would work for me when their 1st lot didn't have space available and let me pull my trailer in their second lot before they were even ready to open their doors/gates.
