“Returned my U Haul to Ryen. The U-Haul had multiple issues with complicated our move immensely. No dolly and no packing blankets (which I paid for). The truck was loud, and the check engine light came on. It was extremely stressful. When we arrived to drop off, Ryen immediately asked about the experience. I shared the situation. He was incredibly understanding and helpful. He provided me with the correct point of contact at U Haul to resolve the issue, and wrote a note on the contract as proof. Would not recommend U Haul. But would highly recommend any services Ryen is involved in.”

“I have been parking here my semi truck for over 10 years. Never had no problems here. Great location near by the 80 Interstate. The facility is very clean and well maintained. All Under video surveillance cameras. Alex Rue and Doug are very nice people to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place for storing semi truck or RV.”
“was a little annoyed they wouldnt let me pay my bill at the front counter at first, but the guy walking me to my unit sorted it out in like ten seconds so whatver. im always back here for storage or picking stuff up from my boat trailer spot, its just convienent and the price is right for CA thats for sure. been coming maybe three years now and I recognize some of the same folks working which is cool becuase they always remember my unit number without having to check the paper. the grounds are clean but some of the access gates are a little stiff, had to wrestle one open last week thats my only real gripe honestly. rent goes up like 5 dollars a year but I definately cant find better rates anywhere near close by so I just deal with it. would be perfect if they fixed those gates and maybe had the office open on more Holidays but its still my go to spot.”
“Safe, convenient, clean, professional
When I first needed storage space 4 years ago, I did quite a bit of research in the Roseville, Loomis areas. I was looking for a 10x15 space, air conditioned, convenient hours, in a business/residential environment (not too industrial, isolated). DR Storage was certainly all of that.
It's near a popular intersection across from a Safeway. Inside it's spotless. Convenient hours, with really helpful managers on site.
One time I lost my key. And the manager was able to get someone within 30 minutes to cut the lock and gave me a new one. Recently I needed a second unit and had some questions, my call was returned within minutes, and we were able to quickly take care of everything over the phone (with Amelia, Ernie). Every interaction here is just very smooth and professional.
I rarely write online reviews, but feel like this place is that good, deserving to be highly recommended.”
“We recently rented a storage unit from this company. It is a very clean and safe storage unit. They made it very easy to call them and give them all the necessary information to set up the rental. I was able to sign online and they texted me an access code to the gate, with the address of the storage facility A lock was waiting inside the storage unit they assigned to me so I did not have to bring my own.”

“We were in a jamb not enough time to go through our stuff to pack correctly and I noticed a unit empty next to ours. Zoom came out and went way beyond her call of duty and made this stressful situation go away by getting us side by side units so that we can take our time loading it and go through our damaged items from our last storage. It's people like her that come through when it counts Thanx again for showing compassion in a bad situation, this Bud's for you! The original unit was handled by Eric nice easy goin guy that covered it all fast and efficiently, I assume he's been here a while by his knowledg and manners. We've been at other locations but I really feel they rolled out the welcome mats for us and got us through this move. Thanks for just doin it right Eric and Zoom! There's a light at the end of this tunnel now!

“Number one Uhual place I Sacramento. They always have a truck available. A giant inventory of trucks that are clean and ready to go. The young man, Safif at the front desk. Always smiling in a great mood and goes out of the way. The amount of effort and how much he cares is admirable. Also the main lady in charge, Courtney. Everytime I’ve been there, she is always welcoming and always makes the process the easiest and efficient way to help solve your problems. The whole staff (opening&closing) shifts are all so genuine and actually show they care and want to be there. Speaks volume of the manager and the environment of this particular Uhual.”
