Within minutes of my report the manager was out to see the damaged and had it repaired before the day was out. “DR Storage is great for the price & location, they provide a lock for your unit, most units are inside and there are elevators. Our couch & mattresses fit in the elevators! There is great air conditioning & bathrooms and drinking fountains. There are also flat carts for hauling big items or multiple items at a time. You get to pick your own code to get in as well, which is great so you don’t have to remember a code that was given to you. Overall great experience!”
