“Exceptional experience not only in presentation but also execution. I am very pleased to find that there is a storage place that actually thinks about the things that are stored there. Location is very close to Roseville Meat Market, Safeway and Costco. Also Add to that the water, sewer, air, and ice that is on site for you to use. That adds up to convenience. And anything to help us get out of the road on the way to adventure is appreciated. Safety/cleanliness wise they seen to be much more vigilant than the average lot. Lots of redundancy, which keeps out all kinds of unwanted pests, critters and looky loos. I will definitely be referring people to this place ! Excellent customer service and helpful, knowledgeable staff will be a large reason I stay here!”

“I have used different locations over the years with little to no issues. Being a corporate company, I knew what to expect, but my interactions were also limited as I never needed to interact outside of move-in/out. I’ve ran into a few situations while being at this location on Foothills Blvd, most of which were no fault of mine nor the Facilities, & the Manager & his staff have gone above & beyond to help me, even when they easily could have said it’s not their problem (which is what I expected to be honest.) This location doesn’t have the rigid corporate feel, but instead feels like a community that helps you whenever they can. After almost 4.5 years, I can confidently recommend safely storing your belongings here, & I greatly appreciate each & every time the staff here has helped or assisted me in some way, especially when they didn’t have to. My only gripe would be that I can’t access my stuff 24/7, but I also understand that changes were made due to safety issues, which I appreciate.”

“Returned my U Haul to Ryen. The U-Haul had multiple issues with complicated our move immensely. No dolly and no packing blankets (which I paid for). The truck was loud, and the check engine light came on. It was extremely stressful. When we arrived to drop off, Ryen immediately asked about the experience. I shared the situation. He was incredibly understanding and helpful. He provided me with the correct point of contact at U Haul to resolve the issue, and wrote a note on the contract as proof. Would not recommend U Haul. But would highly recommend any services Ryen is involved in.”

Ultimately, we chose her company for our storage needs.”

“was a little annoyed they wouldnt let me pay my bill at the front counter at first, but the guy walking me to my unit sorted it out in like ten seconds so whatver. im always back here for storage or picking stuff up from my boat trailer spot, its just convienent and the price is right for CA thats for sure. been coming maybe three years now and I recognize some of the same folks working which is cool becuase they always remember my unit number without having to check the paper. the grounds are clean but some of the access gates are a little stiff, had to wrestle one open last week thats my only real gripe honestly. rent goes up like 5 dollars a year but I definately cant find better rates anywhere near close by so I just deal with it. would be perfect if they fixed those gates and maybe had the office open on more Holidays but its still my go to spot.”

“Number one Uhual place I Sacramento. They always have a truck available. A giant inventory of trucks that are clean and ready to go. The young man, Safif at the front desk. Always smiling in a great mood and goes out of the way. The amount of effort and how much he cares is admirable. Also the main lady in charge, Courtney. Everytime I’ve been there, she is always welcoming and always makes the process the easiest and efficient way to help solve your problems. The whole staff (opening&closing) shifts are all so genuine and actually show they care and want to be there. Speaks volume of the manager and the environment of this particular Uhual.”
