“They just switched over to a new entry system which, in my opinion, offers a better level of security. I once found an area where someone had cut the barbed wire and the fence. Within minutes of my report the manager was out to see the damaged and had it repaired before the day was out. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a safe place to store your coach, trailer, boat, or whatever.”
“Safe, convenient, clean, professional
When I first needed storage space 4 years ago, I did quite a bit of research in the Roseville, Loomis areas. I was looking for a 10x15 space, air conditioned, convenient hours, in a business/residential environment (not too industrial, isolated). DR Storage was certainly all of that.
It's near a popular intersection across from a Safeway. Inside it's spotless. Convenient hours, with really helpful managers on site.
One time I lost my key. And the manager was able to get someone within 30 minutes to cut the lock and gave me a new one. Recently I needed a second unit and had some questions, my call was returned within minutes, and we were able to quickly take care of everything over the phone (with Amelia, Ernie). Every interaction here is just very smooth and professional.
I rarely write online reviews, but feel like this place is that good, deserving to be highly recommended.”

I was able to sign online and they texted me an access code to the gate, with the address of the storage facility A lock was waiting inside the storage unit they assigned to me so I did not have to bring my own.”

“We were in a jamb not enough time to go through our stuff to pack correctly and I noticed a unit empty next to ours. Zoom came out and went way beyond her call of duty and made this stressful situation go away by getting us side by side units so that we can take our time loading it and go through our damaged items from our last storage. It's people like her that come through when it counts Thanx again for showing compassion in a bad situation, this Bud's for you! The original unit was handled by Eric nice easy goin guy that covered it all fast and efficiently, I assume he's been here a while by his knowledg and manners. We've been at other locations but I really feel they rolled out the welcome mats for us and got us through this move. Thanks for just doin it right Eric and Zoom! There's a light at the end of this tunnel now!

Always smiling in a great mood and goes out of the way. The amount of effort and how much he cares is admirable. Also the main lady in charge, Courtney. Everytime I’ve been there, she is always welcoming and always makes the process the easiest and efficient way to help solve your problems.
