I've been going to this place for over a decade, and I truly can't see myself going anywhere else. This shop has saved me HUNDREDS in tire repairs over the years! They are genuinely the most honest, hardworking, stand-up guys you will ever meet! Great prices on new tires, and even better deals when it comes to maintenance! Even after moving to Sacramento, I will still gladly make the 40 minute drive to this shop for ALL my tire-related needs, because they are just THAT good! If I could give Souza's more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!”

He was the most honest reliable service guy I have ever met. He gave me the upfront cost on what I wanted with my cart, provided me with exceptional service and value. He never tried to sell me something I didn't want or need. He was just a straight shooter which I what I look for wherever I go. You don't see that anymore in businesses. I was very satisfied with how my service and requested upgrades went. I highly recommend taking your cart for service here if you want the job done right. The cost was very reasonable. “These guys are solid, polite, professional, and attentive to detail. Miguel upfront is knowledgable, informative, and great at keeping the customer informed. I previously brought my vehicle in for one issue, and they found another which was100% legitimate & necessary. Called near close Friday night 8/22, & I dropped the vehicle off Sat. 8/23 @ 8:30am for a water pump/cooling estimate. Estimate and diagnosis by 9:30 am, parts ordered and job complete by 4:30pm the same day. 4.5hrs labor because the pump is buried on a V8. Vehicle back same day, they absorbed diagnosis fee and $$ was VERY fair. 10/10 Would recommend!”
“I called and spoke with Sidney about my 2019 Chevy Silverado. She texted me several off-road tire options for snow, along with pricing, which made things super convenient. Even if they don’t have a tire in stock, they can get it by the next day. I brought my truck in at 8:30 a.m. and was out by 9:30 a.m. They had me park in the bay and got to work right away. “I went here to get an alignment on my truck after new control arms were put on by someone else. An alignment was done but my truck still had problems so I took it back a second time and Mike worked on my truck it turned out that the bolts on the control arms weren't tightened up so they shifted so Mike fixed that issue and aligned it again I drove it and it seemed to be fine but the next day it was pulling again so I took it back and Mike took it right in realigned it and rotated the front tires now no problems. Thank you Mike for having great work ethics and customer service I will refer everyone I know to you.”

“I didn't know that places like this even existed anymore. Made an appointment online to get the tires rotated on my travel trailer and it was an absolutely delightful, quick, and easy experience from beginning to end.
Nothing fancy about rotating tires, but every. last. person. I. Spoke. To. at this store was just about the nicest most helpful person I've ever encounted at a tire store in the last two decades. They told me to back my trailer into one of the bays and when I chuckled that "there's no way that's going to happen without me hitting something!" another employee nearby offered to back my trailer in (and did!). Got the tires rotated in no time flat, took the time to explain to me what they did, how the tires looked, and pointed out that at some point I'd probably want to change the valve stems to metal instead of rubber since I have TPMS stem caps.
No hard push no the upsell, no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, just pleasant, super competent folks all around, and damn if that didn't just make my day.
