Horrible experience! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON!!! I applied for a HELOC with a locked rate and come to find out it was an adjustable rate. We asked over and over throughout the signing process if it was fixed and we were assured it was. Years later, we realized the rate doubled and its interest only on the stated monthly payment. Melanie was the person that signed us up and after us expressing our issue she told us this is was no way her fault and that it was a miscommunication on our end. She also said too bad, nothing can be done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MISLEADING CONTRACTING PROCESS! STAY AWAY!!

The branch mngr. Cheryl was ausome !. I had unawswered question and , she awswered all. Very nice Lady, and very profesional. I highly recomend the Loomis Branch!

This particular branch in Loomis is a diamond in the rough. It leaves you with a sense of small-town nostalgia from times past and long-forgotten by so many customer services-oriented businesses, unfortunately. What a fantastic team and dedicated staff. Words can't express my level of gratitude for their excellent customer service. Special shout out to Chris Gormley and Michael Emmick for all their continued help; just superb humans. Chris, your kindness, patience, and assistance with my grandmother and aunt with special needs, both long-time customers and residents will never be forgotten by me. You are a very special person with a big heart. I am so impressed by all the staff and managers' hard work, outstanding performance, and wonderful teammates environment. Their reputation is well-earned.

I just left their ATM to deposit a check and take out some cash for a local Farmer's Market and I have to say this little location is nice! Not to mention my transaction was efficient and I'll definitely be returning! I like banking with US Bank, a great company and I would definitely recommend this location!

I've been a member of U.S. Bank for some time and the customer service I receive is always above and beyond. I want to acknowledge Michelle Ganoza's customer service, knowledge and professionalism at the U.S. Bank in Loomis. Michelle was patient with my multiple questions and offered her guidance with my inquiries. What surprised me was Michelle's follow up and her attention to her clients which gave me the confidence and trust I needed to move forward. Thank you Michelle and team U.S. Bank

I could not recommend this Loomis local branch more. The level of customer service and attentiveness is A++++. 10 stars. I have been a customer here for many years and continue to receive top-notch service. I just was in the local branch again and their manager Jagdeep consistently goes above and beyond to provide personal and attentive service. He continues to remember conversations we had years before. That says a lot to me. I love being able to bank at a well-established bank that has a feel of a small town. Jag manages this bank ethically and each employee always greets everybody personally and with a smile. I've never had any issues and always enjoy going in or through the drive-through which to me is a huge bonus. I am continued and consistently pleased every time I am there. If you're looking for a bank by hands-down recommend US Bank in Loomis.

Chris helped me and was very unfriendly and rude, made me feel like an idiot. If it wasn't right by my house I would use another branch. Don't recommend.

EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Dude didnt even say his name. Acted as if I was calling his cell phone and bothering him on his day off. Proceeded to say I was in the wrong for my "attitude" when I had none. WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY US BANK EVER!!

The manager Jagdeep is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help with finding the best solution for your financial needs. Went above and beyond that he actually taught me things I didn't know before about the app and financial products. I would highly recommend this branch location to everyone I know!

Getting ready to close all accounts with your branch since you are not open. I also bank with Wells Fargo and they are open! Just like Walmart and Costco! Open ASAP or you lose me as a client for 20 years.
