“If you decide to have work done here, know your car is in the best possible hands. Jon went above and beyond for me when we decided to go through insurance halfway through repairs. Truly a phenomenal experience through and through. If you want to pay an affordable price for top quality work from fantastic individuals, then look no further.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Don at Pro Auto Appearance. From the beginning, communication was excellent. Don kept me updated before his arrival, let me know exactly when to expect him, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The repair itself was outstanding. My car looks brand new again, and you would never know the damage had been there. Having the repair done at my home made the entire experience even more convenient. I didn't have to arrange transportation, wait at a body shop, or disrupt my day. Don arrived on time, worked independently, cleaned everything up, and delivered exactly what he promised. There were no surprises, no upselling, and no hidden costs, just exceptional workmanship and genuine professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Don again and I've already recommended Pro Auto Appearance to friends.”

“I was so grateful for their quick service to my van. I wouldn't be able to rent any other car like most people and they understood that. Steve was so sweet and understanding. And I think I could be friends with his wife, who works at the front desk. She's super sweet and funny! They're just the nicest couple. Now my van looks all pretty like when I first bought it. It looks like they washed my car, too, which, if they did, I totally appreciate it! Thank you guys for everything!”
