Ordered for same day pickup. Went to store only to found out that the store is closed. Don't trust the online orders versus store pick up. They are not aligned and communicating. So mad

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I simply called to see if they had any arrangements available if I were to walk in - and the lady laughed and said not right now. I said great have a great day and the response was mumbled. Not sure if she’s drunk or what… never again.

Didn’t have my wife’s cake in stock after i ordered online 2 before and waited till last minute to call me. Not professional.
