“This 5 star review is regarding the experience I had with Stephanie, a Patient Navigator in the Memorialcare Fountain Valley (Corporate?) Office. I had gone to urgent care and needed important follow-up, and I had the pleasure of having Stephanie answer my phone call and acting as the liason between the PA, MA, and myself. She stood out as different to me because she truly listened to my concerns, was patient and effective. She is one of the employees here that actually cares about the patients (a lot of people do, a lot of people don't) and is an asset to your company. I really appreciated her help and just wanted to give credit where it is due. Thank you Stephanie!”
“I was treated at the La Habra office over the weekend for a flu/respiratory symptoms. They quickly checked me in and ran all of their tests. It was determined I had a pneumonia and they quickly prescribed some antibiotics to begin my road to recovery. Kelby and the staff were great and have continued to follow up with me multiple times to check on me. Will continue to be a client!”

“This urgent care is amazing. They are the only urgent care that actually answers their phone when you call, everyone who works in that office is very professional and helpful. Even without insurance, this place was the most affordable urgent care around, they are very upfront with their pricing and explain everything and treat you like a person not just another number. We were seen by Stephanie Yeh she was very professional and just all around amazing. I hope I’m not getting his name wrong, but I think the guy who came in to give us to help was named Alex amazing guy as well, and the front desk staff is also super amazing. I will always recommend this urgent care. Thank you all that work there you guys are all amazing”

“I tried to see my primary they couldn't find an open time I'd have to wait almost a month to get in!! My condition wasn't waiting I needed to see a dr.and get meds. I walked in to EXER at 745pm (learned they close at 8! And they didn't treat me any differently for coming in so late ) They helped me get registered on line (not technically savvy at all) and I was seen within 15 minutes! (I wait in the waiting room way longer than that at my primary office !! Even when i have an appt!!) the staff at EXER operates together in a very smooth and settling way. The DR was quick to see me, did the check up, prescribed the antibiotics I needed and bam on the road to recovery! That's what I needed. It was done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs in and out and done quickly service! I mean now that I'm thinking about it why would I ever return to my primary..they are too swamped and if I'm already not feeling good why put myself thru that craziness? It's EXER for most of my medical needs from now on. They are great!”

And when my daughter had to go in with her broken ankle she asked for Christina and Christina was so Thoughtful compassionate and caring. “My primary care physician was excellent. He really took the time to get to know me, my medical history, etc. However, the physician's assistant seemed to be a bit inexperienced, especially when it came to drawing blood. She kept poking me all across the arm and this portion of my visit was generally an unpleasant experience.”

Brittany was able to get my dad housed within a month and not only did she get him housed she checked on my dad daily beyond her duties , today will Be my dad’s last day with Ms Brittany and I would love to say thank you for being the kind hearted person and thank you for all your help.
