“I tried to see my primary they couldn't find an open time I'd have to wait almost a month to get in!! My condition wasn't waiting I needed to see a dr.and get meds. I walked in to EXER at 745pm (learned they close at 8! And they didn't treat me any differently for coming in so late ) They helped me get registered on line (not technically savvy at all) and I was seen within 15 minutes! (I wait in the waiting room way longer than that at my primary office !! Even when i have an appt!!) the staff at EXER operates together in a very smooth and settling way. The DR was quick to see me, did the check up, prescribed the antibiotics I needed and bam on the road to recovery! That's what I needed. It was done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs in and out and done quickly service! I mean now that I'm thinking about it why would I ever return to my primary..they are too swamped and if I'm already not feeling good why put myself thru that craziness? It's EXER for most of my medical needs from now on. They are great!”

“Loved the experience! Medical assistants were reassuring and sweet. Made me feel comfortable and even offered me water! Never been asked that before. I felt well taken care of. I usually feel pressured/uneasy when it comes to getting checked up, but with this experience it made me think other wise. I came here to get my vaccinations and mind you.. I AM SCARED OF NEEDLES ! The assistants reassured me and was fast with the injections! I recommend this location based with my experience.”

She is super responsive to messages and always ensures that our needs are met. Again, she is simply the best PCP, ever! The nurses and office staff are very friendly. The office is always very clean and organized. Never crowded with minimal wait times. Excellent spot for healthcare!”

“I've been coming here for years thanks to my wife, but last Wednesday PA Lynn Uchizono was an angel when I needed her most.I was 5 days into an ongoing anxiety bout that had me thinking that there was something physically wrong with me versus it being a matter of the mind. When I came in, Ms. Uchizono could see how stressed I was, and she proceeded to take her time running through me the most caring and thorough assessment that had me feeling like the weight of the world was off my chest by the time I walked out.And several days later I called with a question about my albuterol inhaler and Jenny at the reception desk was so kind and thorough that she literally put me on hold and tracked down Ms. Uchizono to ask her about my prescription when she very easily could have brushed me off or told me she was going to call back while never doing so. And then since great things come in 3's, today I went back for my stress echo test with the new technician (I'm so embarrassed that I didn't remember her name! ) where she explained EVERYTHING that she was looking at and was also talking to me about life in general over the 45 minutes that we were together just to help ease my anxiousness. I was nervous getting on that treadmill, but she was so generous and wonderful at putting me at ease that I felt like a champion by the time the test was done.Dr. Kurtz, you have assembled the equivalent of the Avengers in your office, and I will forever sing the praises of how wonderful this team is. Thank you for the consistency of your kindness, and I'm sending much love and appreciation to the entire team.”
“Had made an appointment two days prior and went through the entire pre-registration process, uploading my drivers license and insurance card and completing the questionnaire. I even gave my insurance information to the gal over the phone when I had called to inquire which day a certain doctor worked. Upon arrival, the receptionist said, she needed to see all that again because she didn’t have the information. I do not get the point of pre-registering. She was a bit curt and I was a bit frustrated.
UPDATE - it seems things have improved at the front desk. And the doctors are always very thorough. I particularly like Dr. Schumacher.”

“It's funny that I find myself having to be ever so humble when we arrive for a visit at an office for the staff to treat us with respect. Which is pretty lacking these days. My husband was sick and I had to take him for tests etc. and for the most part we experienced rude and abruptness for no apparent reason.Coming to this Optum was like a breath of fresh air! We come in with a load of Stress and Trauma, Anxiousness wondering how we are doing or our loved ones and are we going to hear good results about our health?When you arrive and the ladies at the front desk actually give you eye contact and smile it's right there a Healing. That's what we got. Our Dr. David R Park & Dr. Susan Tang they are incredible. Caring concerned and informative.When we were about to leave and schedule our follow up appointment with Elva she was more than helpful. She wasn't rushing us out of there! We wanted to get an Handicap placard for my husband and she went above and beyond to get what we needed. Maribel also pitched in to help and they certainly made us feel well cared for.
