They were able to make an extra stop as well, for a small fee. They were extremely careful in our brand new construction home as well, covering floors. For a family owned business, their prices are better than nearby competitors and it is in a VERY VERY secured area. There is also A/C for the storage unit which is a huge plus! If they have a vacancy, I highly recommend renting one if you live in the Whittier and surrounding cities.”

“I have had many storages with strange and questionable conditions. LBSS&RV is stellar compared to others in the area. They even offer a free truck and driver when you secure a unit.Wendy is a wonderful team member who is obviously quite knowledgeable about her work and always positive and happy - I enjoy seeing her in there. She’s personable with everyone. Daniel helped me with driving the truck and ehile I was a little nervous about whether or not movers would be done in time- I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. Thank you for making this not so fun time more bearable by being personable and taking care of business.”

“Very clean place. Workers smiled as they passed by. Love the rates. The only downside was there is no lights in the units. When asked about it they said the bill was too high as ppl were leaving them on. I understand but Maybe they could have installed motion lights or something other than just no lights. Other than that I would definitely recommend this storage location.”

“I planned a cross-country snap/container move with King Relocation Services/United Van Lines. My coordinator was Cindy, and loaders were Adam, Ben, and Charles. Overall, the service was better than I expected, and cost less than I had planned, so I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality and value.On the loading day, the guys were respectful of my property, communicative, and hard-working. They got things sorted, carted down stairs, and loaded in about 2 hours in total. The only hitch was the dimensions I had for the containers were slightly off, so my attempts to keep things to 1 container (rather than 2, which cost a bit more) didn't pan out. But, even 2 containers was incredibly low-cost compared to what I expected to pay for a cross-country move.All throughout, Cindy was extremely responsive as the point-person in the office. She kept me up-to-date on what was going on, when major milestones were happening, and where my shipment was in transit. Couldn't ask for more.To the team at King Relocation Services - thank you so much for helping make my move a little less stressful and ensuring things went very smoothly, without breaking the bank!”

“I can say I am glad I hired Ace for my move. The day started out bad as one of the original workers was not allowed on base. I thought things were going bad then. Well around 1p 2 crews (7 people) showed up to do the move. They finished everything in 3hrs. It was great. They were in and out in no time at all. My only deal is I wish I would have got the 'unpack' package because I'm still unpacking boxes and have so much paper and cardboard boxes all over the house and in my garage. Don't know what to do with them. Other than that the workers were great! I highly recommend!!-- Jim W”

“I cannot express how pleased I was with this company! I received a prompt response when I inquired about the estimate via email and also spoke with someone (can't remember their name, sorry!!) over the phone. They answered all of my questions and assured me that the move would be pain-free. Josh, Jose, and Salvador made my move go by so smoothly. They showed up on time and immediately got to work. I was super impressed by their ability to organize and move everything so quickly. They helped wrap and pack additional parts of my apartment that I didn't have time to get to. They were careful with large objects/furniture and more delicate ones as well. Everything was wrapped with plastic wrap and/or padded with blankets. At the end, they disposed of everything and even took some of my personal boxes I bought to use. Overall, I couldn't recommend this company enough. They took about 4 hours to move me from a 1bed1bath ~600sqft to a 2bed 2bath ~1000sqft. The icing on the cake is that due to health issues, I have to be very careful about the ongoing covid pandemic. I requested that the movers wear masks and it was no big deal to the guy I spoke with initially on the phone. Usually people make a big deal about masks, even when I'm paying for services. The 3 movers came masked up and 2 even had on kn95 masks. I truly appreciate this! Thanks guys for a great move!!”

Our packing team showed up on time and energetic. Knocked it all out so efficiently! Willie called prior to move day and stayed in touch throughout the 900 mile trip. He had onsite loaders and unloaders. Both teams were excellent. Chuck, Josh, Jeff and Macias went above and beyond. Taking great care of our belongings and being helpful in placement of furniture throughout our new home. CHIPMAN was awesome! I had done a lot of research into moving companies prior to hiring them. Some of the stories out there are pretty bad with a lot of shady operations. Not with these folks! I would absolutely recommend CHIPMAN for your next move!”

Because of this family, whom has welcomed me as a tenant proved themselves genuinely good people, I was able to concentrate on my recovery during the pandemic without the fear of discharging from a 8+ month hospital stay in critical care to nothing. All the important things, not necessarily expensive, but priceless atill I acquired over 60 years stayed safe and protected and right where I left them. Sometimes, because I an now disabled as a result of an unforgiving illness, I have a financial setback and still they work with me. “Patrick is great! Been in the business and is established and knowledgeable and essential paet of the sign up process and selecting a storage unit that is right for you! Had a wonderful tour of the facilities. Easy sign-up process! Took about 10-15 minutes! The space has 24 hour security monitoring, and the facility stays open most days of the year from 6am-7pm. Pricing is a tad bit steep, but that promises a clean and organized operation, and a complimentary Keyed Discus Padlock along with your sign up start date. If you live conveniently close or within the proximity of the area, I would highly consider this as an option.”
