“(I would give 10 ++++ just for Andre alone!) But I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 for an unrelated reason, & because I just rented a car & the previous person used the fix-a-flat. So the next day, when my tire went flat while going online & after being without a car all week, I had 0 fix-a-flat & a broken pump. But worse, the fix-a-flat was used on that very tire that busted through the fix-a-flat, & I was stranded with a dead phone & a huge headache after being without a car all week. But the employee Andre is the best employee or human I’ve encountered in my lifetime. I specifically choose to come 90 miles to this location when there was one 65 miles away just for his customer service. He is someone who I feel carries the entire rental locations he works at by himself. If there’s 8 customers he’s taking care 7 while other employees are taking care of 1. And I KNOW I will be taken care of if I go to the location he’s working at! He will ALWAYS find a way to fix a problem. Another employee might say there’s no cars — he will find one. He’ll go through cars individually, ones that haven’t been put in the system yet. If you’re a regular, he’ll look out for you ahead of time if he knows you’re coming in by making sure there’s a car & even charged up. If he says he can’t do something, he literally tried everything he could try — trust. But I haven’t ever experienced him not being able to figure out a way to do anything. He puts his blood, sweat, & tears into making sure you’re taken care of like it’s his own mother or himself!”
“The update: I was able to get my door delivery after incorrect delivery information. People on the phone cannot guarantee when your items will be delivered as they do not load the truck. If you live on a residential street, ask for your items to be put on a "box truck" because you are on a narrow street. Make sure your phone number and address are, associated with the delivery. By "curbside" it means they can bring it next to your garage door, but they may not be able to "tip" the merchandise (I had 2 friends with me on delivery day in order to get 3 items into my house) . The package was left on a wooden pallet for protection. Also, should you have to call the delivery company for any reason, do it early in the morning. Don't be deterred by negative reviews. Remember: correct address & phone information, box car if narrow street, have a couple friends, be pleasant and you should end up with a good delivery.”

Check out the photo...it's my sledgehammer I forgot on the chassis before the top loader slapped the can down on it! Clearly my fault, I just think it's hilarious ?”

I was skeptical about it but when I arrived the lady at the window was super helpful and nice. Her name was Gladys, she made this process so easy and convenient. It took less than 15 mins. To get it all done. She was on it and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciate helpful and kind customer service! Thank you Gladys!”
“This is one of the areas in SoCal that's difficult to deliver in so have your route dialed in if you're delivering during traffic hours if you're there later in the evening it's much easier there's parking on the street on the side and there may even be parking on site if there's any room left
The maneuverings tight and it's kind of chaotic with getting a dock assignment but it's generally pretty easy

“I see a couple of these trucks every week. They always amaze me at their professionalism. I cant imagine loading that many cars or trucks! I decided to follow one of them for a little bit. The cars around them kept flying around and squeezing in. I don't know how they keep their cool. But as I got beside him, he waved and smiled. Gotta love the attitude, professional driver doing what he does. Impressive! I didn't even think to get a truck #.
